Review 1：When I arrived there was no real reception person.(low season, so it's understandable) The bathroom had been used for someone's smoking chamber and the smell didn't go away.
Review 2：The breakfast was very good and the facilities were good. The view from my room included the main square and a bit of the mountains.

Review 5：The staff were very friendly and gave good service. Franz, the owner, was an excellent host who was happy to engage in conversation telling about the hotels history, the town and his family ownership of the hotel.
Review 6：Largely our own fault but still ---. The area's tourist season hadn't really started so there was no dining room operating and worse, this applied to the whole village - no food after 8pm. We weren't informed of this when we booked or would have gone elsewhere. Apparently we were, at the beginning of June, a week early! But we managed and the area is so beautiful, a new part of the Dollys to us, that we would certainly use this hotel again. I'm sure we would have given it higher ratings had we experienced all its facilities.

Review 8：1. The bottle of water in the minibar has been opened already.2. The attitude of the older lady at the reception was not polite. The younger lady was so polite and good attitude. 3. Wifi connection is not stable. 4. The car parking is too small.
