Review 1：The room was very clean, but the toilet/bathroom was a bit smelly.

Review 2：Natural thermal swimming pools. Beautiful mountain view from the room and the hotel garden. Good a la carte dinner and lunch. Good buffet breakfast. The location is very convenient for train travellers. Most of the guests are long stay, but one night stay (from lunch to check out)is not too short for busy travellers.

Review 3：Pils only available in the bar not in the dining room. Greater range of beer type should be provided. Bar shuts at midnight, would have prefered a little later.

Review 4：Spacious comfortable bedroom with large balcony. Able to park motorcycle right by the front door. Friendly staff, many speak good English. High quality evening meals. Smoking lounge. Attractive grounds.

Review 5：Very poor english speaking in restaurant. In general, lack of proper information because of the language barrier. Bad wifi connection.

Review 6：Nice personal. Free access to all the pools, saunas and to the gym, in hotel and in Karten Therme. Large wood in the back. The location is perfect for relaxation. Almost all you can expect from an old style luxury hotel.

Review 7：reception staff very slow and not adequate to receive guests that, before check-in time, want to go to the therme as allowed and stated in hotel description. Some waitresses are not kind at all; some others a lot.

Review 9：if you have a window with balcony to the main entrance, you can not open a window during the night - very noisy from passing trains, it is not possible to sleep. I believe that it is necessary to inform guests on arrival about all the offered services. Not until I ask.

Review 39：I had problems accessing the wifi; breakfast croissants; set menu deserts were not very rich or tasty; my shower room was a little cramped; bed pillows were much too soft and very uncomfortable; too loud live music on Friday night (yes, I am a killjoy). But none of the above would not deter me from staying again.

Review 40：This is a super hotel and I liked almost everything! In particular all staff were welcoming, courteous and professional; super outdoor pool in beautiful landscaped garden; variety of large saunas and solariums; breakfast - full German rather than full English but very good quality and varied choice of foods; free parking; very quiet at night; birdsong in gardens and adjacent woodland. Saturday evening the usual dining room was occupied by a wedding party and dinner was served in the adjacent dining room. When I checked in on Friday evening, I received a letter of explanation about this minor inconvenience and on Saturday evening, a free glass of prosecco and a small jar of spiced salt (!). Relatively expensive but worth every eurocent.

Review 41：You can't buy a 0.5ltr beer in the bar, only the restaurant, only 0.33ltr glasses in the bar! Some of the interior design needs updating.
