Review 1：Some other staff, who were not the ones who received us, were not that friendly and helpful. They were not able to help us with directions. We also had a problem with the CR having unpleasant odor, but was resolved after we asked for assistance.

Review 4：Good location near to the Mall, Banks, and outside Market. Taxi and jeep transport right outside hotel. SM Airport transport 50php. Taxi to Airport 500php plus.

Review 6：My room had no chair or refrig however for 100php you can get a refrig small table and a chair. Its there before you turn on the TV to your channel. Great Wifi from my room. Be sure to order your breakfast the day or night before. A 2 min wait vs a 40 min wait. I learned my lesson after waiting 40 min. If you don't want the hotel breakfast There is a GREAT breakfast restaurant next to the hotel and a Spa also next door. A good area with a mall within walking distance and a 24hr McDonald's 800m. The Exercise room is small but very good for a workout. Easy taxi and jeepney pick up right outside the door. The SM City Mall not far, cost about 70php. Hint Be Sure to write down the taxi driver name and veh # Like any you go, they will go the long way around. Enjoy your stay.
