Review 1：Everything else , in particular parking facilities . Very poor selection at breakfast. The hotel is very outdated in need of refurbishment/updating, pool area totally uninviting- a waste of space. Shower - the worst I have experienced, (dribble followed by bits of grit!!!) - all in all we would never return to this hotel and I would rate this as a 2* hotel not 4 as they would like people to believe...very, very, disappointed ....

Review 5：Aircond was not working ..staff informed that aircond was not necessary this time of year ... too dumb founded to respond. Had to leave windows open ...noisy and to hot to sleep

Review 7：Breakfast choice was very limited. No sunbeds allowed by the pool. Extremely limited hot water. Ants in room. Noise from the square outside until very early hours of the morning every night. Unreliable bus service to and from Sorrento (not to do with hotel) and taxi's are expensive, walking can take 40mins to an hour. Last buses between 9.30pm and 10.20pm. Most staff didnt seem welcoming or helpful only on occasion. Hotel input wrong expiry date on credit card meaning it declined (as told later by bank) had to pay using debit chip and pin. Friends were not allowed in the hotel even though it was during the day to change before going out again and had a child.
Review 8：The view from the room was superb sea-view and room was spacious and clean. Close to bus stop and a small shop and cafe, the cafe I would recommend. Smoking room provided and provided twin beds as requested Allowed us to leave luggage with reception until shuttle bus arrived on departure and extended check out time by 1-2 hours free of charge
Review 9：We booked a sea view room with double bed, and received a room what was facing to a tree and had 2 single beds, but after complaining this was solved and we got a better room. In this case the Hotel Manager was really helpful and kind, though only she speaks English well, other staff do not, and the other receptionists were not really helpful, we needed to ask for everything (like discount on the beach for the guests and password for the Wi-Fi network). The sea view rooms are not quiet, there is a real mess in the evening under the windows. The pool can be used only after 9:30 a.m., so you can forget swimming before breakfast. The air conditioning is working only after about 2-3 p.m. Overall the hotel is not a 4* one, it is rather an average 3*. It is not the hotel's fault but the beach is a bit expensive, at other places it is usually free (or I was lucky until now :)). After all if you are flexible then this can be a nice place for a short vacation...
