Review 1：The view from room is suck. The rooms are ok but the cleanliness is bad. Towels full of unpleasant stains. All rooms with single beds but we wanted at least one double bed which was ignored. Bathroom leaking and smelly.

Review 17：I don't like they charge for the wifi password at the room as customer have to pay RM5.it should be free like other hotel. Plus, the connection is very weak especially at the night. So what purpose of having a payable but weak in connection.

Review 19：Their system is not sufficient to support online booking customer. The customer service officer took awhile to get me check in. Also, booking terms indicate no deposit needed. But I was demand by them to pay RM200 deposit. Also, the breakfast buffet does not met my requirement. The taste is bad, and not much choice. And there is no lift nor slope, and my mum have to walk up and down the stairs makes her ankle pain.
Review 20：One bedroom studio is very spacious enough to have a small activity inside. I like their room service is fast enough. And the weather just nice. Not too cold nor too hot. And there is a waterfall nearby, I hear waterfall sound and feel relaxed.

Review 24：The location that you show in the map is in on the top! but its apparently even below where the cable car is. you have misled people badly. very disappointed. i have proof of both your map on the web and the real place. we went there but did not stay due to the misguidance you've done to clients. you should refund if you respect the clients.
Review 25：The hot shower is a bit tricky to adjust. Took a while to get the right temp. Given how quiet the place is, need better soundproof walls. We could hear footsteps or house keeper working from the corridor and also conversation next door as it was NYE and late at night too.
Review 26：Beautiful weather and surrounded by nature. It's seclusion is what we were looking for. The room was a really pleasant surprise as they were much newer than it looked in the photos. We love the space and comfort and the amazing view!

Review 38：The entire estate is so creepy, old and dirty. Spent a night in this resort and not going to be back. NEVER! They should have at least paint the building! The furnitures in the apartment are so old. The sofa is so dirty, with bugs! When we were about to sleep at 3am, with me and two of my friends in one room, lights off, we could hear knocking sound coming from above, non stop! And when we told the rest of our friends sleeping at the other rooms to come over, the knocking sound stopped! It came back knocking when my friends left the room! Thats the worst stay in my life!
