Review 1：The owner Hennie is very knowledgeable about the area and wants you to get the most out of your stay albeit a night or longer. We repeat this visit annually for business and the location for Zwaag and Hoorn is perfect.

Review 25：The bedroom and bathroom weren't very clean; the beds were very soft and quite uncomfortable; the breakfast was disappointing; the house is located 20 mins walk from the centre; overpriced considering the quality. We found that the host became stressed with anything out of the ordinary - a guest requested milk for breakfast, but as she hadn´t asked for it the night before, the host seemed agitated and annoyed.

Review 28：A very friendly and helpful hostess who packed a breakfast for me to take away as I had to leave early every morning. The location is convenient for visiting the countryside between Alkmaar and Hoorn, as well as other places in Northern Holland if you have a car. My single bedroom was quite spacious and very clean.

Review 29：Nothing really. Worth mentioning though, is that the villa is located approx 2,5 km from city center of Hoorn, but we were aware of that fact when we booked so it came as no surprise. If you are allergic to furry animals the beautiful cat of the house might cause a problem. (One of our friends is, but it worked out fine this time).

Delicious breakfast in Mrs Hennies dining room. She is very nice and helpful. Gave us great advise on lovely restaurants. Nice and quiet surroundings.
