Review 1：It's soo simple but soo nesesery. For 5 days no working wifi in the upper part of the hotel in rooms, it only works next to receptions. Lack of cleaning supplies in room - like: fluid washes etc. Lack of salt and pepper in room.

Review 13：Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It is not noisy at all in the area, but the old, beautiful structures have a bit less insulation than newer hotels. I only had one night where the people next to me were a bit noisy, but cotton or plugs would help. Pool was a bit cold in early Sept. and I am not a fan of loud music by the pool. The very nice young man did turn it down when asked. So really, as long as you ask, there is nothing much negative about the hotel.

Review 14：The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the bay. Breakfast was quite well stocked. Lunch by the pool was great. Being near Porto Azzurro was a plus, it is a beautiful little port town with great restaurants. In particular I enjoyed Tamata. You can walk to Posto Azzurro, but the road is a bit precarious.
