Review 3：Toilet do not have bidet for washing. No fridge inside the room to keep food. Expecting this hotel to offer breakfast included room but did not have. Shower cubicle has no door.

Review 11：1. Wi-Fi is crap inside of rooms and so-so in the lobby. 2. No air conditioning and super stuff on other floors' lobbies (for eg. 5th floor lobby where I had to go for my internet fix). 3. Bellboy's probably in cahoots with the taxi drivers who love to rip you off when you're going to the airport (going w/o meter and charging P350). I don't mind tipping locals/taxi drivers generously when they're genuine and try to make a decent living but I HATE to be ripped off. No way, Jose, ain't paying P350 for this. Took a Jeepney to SM City for peanuts and a shared van to the airport (p50 per pax). 4. Jaded rooms and facilities (which explains why the water heater caught on fire) 5. No in-room safe even in the so-called suites. 6. No fridge or mini bar in the standard rooms

Review 12：1. Integrated casino in the building, with essentially no dress code (shorts and slippers are ok). Just wear something. 2. Nice Chinese restaurant at the ground floor. 3. Got upgraded to a so-called suite room when my water heater caught on fire. Good staff who responded quickly to put out the mini fire. 4. Plenty of food options nearby, plus convenience stores that open 24/7. 5. Entertains early check in (0700) and late check out (1600).

Review 37：Hotel lobby location is on the third floor. No mini-bar or coffee maker in the room. No hot water, I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone up to check it out. They did send a person up but he was unable to fix it and said that someone would be up at 7:00am in morning when the maintenance staff arrived, but no one ever showed up.

It's safe and walking distance to the shopping mall, grocery store, and restaurants. Every time I vacay @ Iloilo city; this is the only hotel I would stay. This like my third visit.

Review 41：Booked a suite - got a room - got upgraded to a suite that was stillreally only just a room with a poor outlook (we gave up because its justtoo hard and we arrived late after Cebu Pacific issues) - but it washandled very well and professionally by reception. Poor advertisingwhich has now been fixed on Booking.com - to be honest the currentprices are too high for Iloilo.

Review 42：Chinese restaurant is just fantastic (this cannot be emphasized enough)- staff are great, Rachel the nurse is an excellent child carer.Iloilo is a very refreshing surprise - clean city with great feel.
