Review 1：Limited breakfast choices, Wi-Fi signal is weak (Only available in the lobby). Carpet definitely needs to be vacuumed. Very limited TV channels (10 only). No in house slippers (pls bring your own).
Review 2：Friendly staff. Location is excellent. Very near to food stalls, Strawberry Farm (walking distance). A good alternate hotel if you don't want to spend much on high end hotels.

Review 25：Total price when booked online is different as compared to price paid at Hotel. Online it was exclusive of tax total was 200+ but at hotel they want me to pay 10% + 6% It was a total of 337. I can get a hotel cheaper price but with better facilities nearby. :(

Review 37：The hotel is not in a good location, on our first night there we went for dinner and was offer only Malaysia food, you had to put on the water heater to heat water . at breakfast we had to ask for bread, butter and eggs as there was none and then to finish it off no clean table was available to eat off I had to push dirty plates to one side so we had somewhere to eat there is no safes in the rooms so they say they will only he responsible for what you leave with them at reception so I took my passport some Australian dollars for them to put in safe I thought when I went to pick it up it was just under the desk in reception. was not impressed they was also writing from a small child all over the wall it is in definitely needs revamping the furniture is so old and the carpets need a good clean and it needs painting everywhere would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Review 41：Hotel staff called middle of the night to change our room. What a logic it would be when kids already sleeping and asked whether we want to change the room. We had a late checked in at 8:00pm and still not given the correct room. No more next time to this lousy hotel!

The room and bathroom doors...if you are a senior citizen, you will need help to open those doors. It is terribly run down. You need a hulk to open those doors! Very noisy...halfway showering, no hot water. Water pressure ...nah you will not be satisfied. Food so, so only. overall not value for money. luckily we stayed just for one night only. Can't wait to leave the hotel.
