Review 1：Could not fault the hotel, pity it wasn't somewhere else.

Review 2：Pleasant accommodation in an otherwise wasted destination. If you don't have to come here - don't !!! Oil town with absolutely nothing to offer. Good onsite car parking.

Review 4：The staff was incredibly friendly (and patient and helpful despite my broken Spanish). We ordered room service (two hamburgers and fries), which was prompt and quite tasty, and the bartender gladly gave me a couple of glasses of ice to take to our room, where we had our own drinks. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful and fun (water slide!), and the room was stylish and comfortable. The area of town is under major road repairs, and there's not much to do around the hotel, but if you're looking for a great stopoff on a road trip, this has got to be the best option for Coatzacoalcos. We loved Los Andes!

Review 5：Location, right on the busy street, very far to City Centre, a lots of traffic, old facility not too clean, Internet did not work very well, rooms very basic cheap motel style. Very little English spoken by staff.
