The Terrace Club features an outdoor pool and apartments with a well-equipped kitchen, just under a quarter of a mile from Praia da Nossa Senhora da Rocha. The property features a coffee shop and a buffet restaurant.
All apartments are sunny and have large windows, some overlooking the ocean. Each one has an open-plan kitchen with a full-size fridge, 2-stove stove and a dining area.
The coastline nearby can be explored using the property’s rental bikes or by foot. Guests can also relax with a book in the lush garden.
During July and August, Terrace Club has a poolside bar and live music. Children have access to their own pool and a playground.
Terrace Club is 1.5 miles from Armação de Pêra’s Fishermans’ Beach, and Faro Airport is around 50 minutes by car.

Review 4：I liked that appartament was big and we had rooms just for us. The room was very clean and nice.

Review 5：I have never seen such bad service at the reception. The receptionist stated that the review of the hotel is worth as much as 2,5€.The hotel safe was supposed to be free but cost 2.5 € per day. The nearby beach robbed us so it was very important. Lady was the rude. He said the visit booking is free but with them is paid and changing the data on the printed us new information. The cost was not important but attitude. The cost was not important but the approach and lack of respect for the client is not acceptable. Lady was arrogant and did not listen to us at all.

Review 6：Room old poor quality, noisy. Through the window we saw a fight drunken people. Cool with a swimming pool, great location to the beach and is the only plus. The cleaner mopping the floor does not insert a warning sign and then arguing with us that it turns her attention. The hotel was very low quality better pay extra because next also had great apartment.

Review 11：There is no staff in swimming pool to overview and manage. Wifi is free only in reception. We have to wait about one hour for check in due to arriving on 2 pm.

Review 12：Good view from the apartments. Free parking around the hotel. Beach is near just 5-7 minutes walking and really picturesque. Supermarket InterMarche is few minutes driving. In the swimming pool there is a bar with music all the day. Seagull's shouts were amazing but maybe noisy on early morning.

Review 23：No oven and notice not to use more than two hob rings at a time....I d'ont do microwaves/processed foods so not much option for cooking. Ive been going to Amacao de Pera since 1998 so expected Portugal tv which gives English programmes subtitled in Portugese. Not so here all Dutch or German except for Sky News. No internet in room unless you paid. I checked the speed whilst trying the 15 min free trial..0.49 mbps download - 0.06 mbps, upload so what was the point in paying. You can get free internet at reception, but as you can Imagen with everyone trying to get on line its a waste of time. The maids came n every few days but just made the beds, never cleaned or changed towels. I did ask at reception for clean towels after 3 days and was told "you arrived Sunday, we only change towels once a week there will be a charge if you want them changed now" by sheer luck we had bought towels with us. There are much better places in Amacao de Pera itself so will nnot be staying here again.

Electric tripped if we used too many appliances at the same time. Hot water ran out VERY quickly. In an apartment for 6, only enough hot water for 2 people!! Quite far from many places, need a car. Wifi only available in reception. We payed to have it in the room, but the reception was so bad it wasnt worth the money.

Review 30：Wonderful view from 4th floor. Apartment was very clean all over. Had been modernized and many items were new. Very comfy, light and relaxing.

Review 31：This time I have to admit our stay at Terrace was a disaster. People staying on upper level apartments were ridiculously rude moving furniture all night long, shouting and yelling after midnight. Reception staff did nothing to intervene. Also, the fact that we were on a ground level apartment, due to health conditions made us hear the front door slamming behind each entering guest. The cleaning ladies were so loud at 9 am when we were finally getting some rest after a long night of furniture dragging. Truly hated the stay and we left earlier despite full payment upon arrival.

Review 33：Hot water runs out (2 showers) quickly. We kept having power cuts whilst cooking (could only use 2hobs at once) Because this place is SO affordable there was a few young groups about and you sometimes feel you're in an episode of TOWIE, or George Shore around the pool & reception.

Review 34：Location: this property has 5 picture perfect beaches within 15 minutes walk. Amazing. I Like it's not a bustling resort. Amazing sunsets on the balcony, if you're West facing. Apartments are large bright and airy.

Review 35：Terrace door could not close so it is not completely quiet in the room, but party on the pool was only on Saturday, and was a bit loud, other days was not problem.

Review 36：Everything! We were 4 adults and 1,5 year old girl. The apartment was comfort, spacious, clean. Great value for money (maybe because we traveled end of September, but it is still warm and great time for vacation), huge living room, big terrace, two bed rooms and two bathrooms. Pool and the ocean view. The wonderful beach is 15min away. Suggestion is to rent a car, than all beaches are reachable. Keep in mind this is neither all inclusive, nor 5 stars hotel, but if you want modest accommodation this is more than that. We even asked for a baby cot and it waited us in the apartment. We enjoyed our staying and would come again.

Review 47：We were first placed in an apartement with no view, only a concrete wall outside. Very noisy with buses at 4:30am every day. We were allowed to change apartment to a 4th floor one for 20Euro (!) There is still the drunken brawler screaming like a kid every night. The persons working in the bar were quite sour looking and not service oriented. No working wifi in the room even after paying 20Euro for it.

Review 48：The beach is a short walk and you can even reach a less populated one through a tunnel. A good view if you get a 4th floor apartment. Fresh baked bread from the hotel bar every morning.

Review 109：There was a build up of dead flies in the pool. It was reported but ignored. not very pleasant when swimming. A lot of people myself included were not very happy with the constant loud music. when asked to turn it down they did then turn it back up again. it seemed that the choice of music was more in tune with the lads selling the drinks, and no consideration given to the majority age group, who were in there 40,s upward. Very few people sat in the eating area. I believe because of the awful music and it was impossible to have a conversation. I am coming out again in September and I do hope the this issue has been address. look forward to seeing you all soon.

Overall a little tired, and if the price was more basic it would provide reasonable 1* / 2* accomodation.. I think I caught it at an expensive time - not value for money for a single traveller. For a 2 +2 family fine , clean, within a reasonable walk of a nice beach.
