Review 15：Despite complaining about the bed sheet, no change at all. The smell is awful, it smells like sweat. They don't even wipe the accumulated dust and change the glasses. Ant infestation is also evident. Customer service and security appeared missing. I was awakened by a loud banging on the door, loud music and shouting from the adjacent room in the middle of the night. The "turbulence" continued until 4am that made me their silent audience. Upon inquiry, only the word sorry was offered by the hotel staff adding that the occupant is a foreigner.

Review 17：Some parts of the building were under construction. I hope they mentioned that in the booking sites. The swimming pool was only open from 9am-9pm. If you've some business to mind within those time, don't expect you'd be able to use the pool.

Review 24：As I travel a lot and stay in good hotels, I found this hotel no where near of the standard that is advertise on your website as it is advertise as 3 star and the poor quality of this hotel, There was no coffee or tea in the room and when I book the room I requested a room with a double bed and on arrival was told that we had a twin bed and that if we were to have a double bed we would have to push the beds together, which I thought was very unprofessional of the receptions, the room was very basic not even pictures on the walls to make you feel homely, Not a 3 star hotel at all. More like a 2 star hostel, advertising on your website very miss leading

In booking.com website it says the room has extra bed >2meters,its not true, they dont give extra bed. I went to the room ahead of myhusband to check it (we have a toddler and a baby with us), they didnteven inform my husband that the room is okay so he waited downstairsforever. And the lady who escorted me to the room didn't even turnedon the ac or told me that it's now okay to turn it on because itsready for occupancy. We have to call to ask for the wifi password fromthe frontdesk (that should be given to customers upon checkin). On oursecond day, I killed a Cockroach in our room. A Cockroach is justunacceptable in a hotel. Will I book at Circle Inn again? No!

Not far from a local sm city which is walkable for food and markets. The hotel itself has friendly staff and is clean decent pool and the rooms are well put together. All in all a good stay for a short busy in a growing city

I liked the comfy bed and clean comforter, spacious and neat toilet, hot and cold shower, free wifi which works even in my room, functioning aircon, friendly receptionists, nice lobby which has a very homey ambiance.

It cost around 82p to go to Smallville by taxi.

Considering its a new hotel and the price they charge to stay this is something you would not expect to see. The wifi was not working for 2 full days, and when asking the reception why this was - we were giving the same scripted answer "its a problem with our internet providor and we will let you know as soon as we find out me" - They never did get back to us.

Review 62：This appears to be a modern hotel in an area of the city which is quite derelect with crumbling old buildings. During our check-in the young lady on reception proceeded to eat her 'crisps' (snacks) which I had never experienced before, and certainly is not the best or most professional introduction to the hotel. The lobby and other fascilities were modern, and the bedroom was very spacious with nice size bathroom. Our stay here was pleasant but unfortunately for 3 days we had to spray all our insect reppelent over the long lines of ants on the wall and the floor. There are restaurants (local & western) approx 10 mins walk away, as well as some shopping malls. They had a restaurant onsite, but the food was very average, so we preferred to eat out.

Review 67：The location is not as good as the Day's Hotel or the GoHotel, both of which are in malls with may dining and shopping options. The Circle Inn is close to the Iloilo Public Market and the University of Iloilo. The Circle Inn has it's own so-so restaurant.

Review 68：We had a family room with one matrimonial bed and one single bed. The Circle Inn costs only a bit more than the GoHotel in Iloilo and is much nicer. We'd say it's just as nice as the Day's Hotel and less expensive. The booking.com rate is much lower than the rack rate. Highly recommended.

Their van service to the airport is P500, but that is only for 2 people, if you are in a group, then they will charge you P200 for each person. Why would I take a van when there's only 2 of us?
