Review 7：Rude reception staff, she wasn't nice and never asked if we wanted a single bed, gave us two double beds; as a gay couple, this is the only hotel in our two week stay Mexico which did this. Aging and malfunctioning installations (sockets, lights, noisy and old AC). When we arrived, the minibar was locked with a key, and yet twice a member of the staff knocked in the middle afternoon to check the contents (if she had to unlock it how could we have taken anything?) I found this practice of checking the minibar when the guests are in innecesary and intrusive.

Review 18：The access is not easy, but what makes everything worse is that they charge you for parking your car in their small underground parking lot. They should explain that beforehand. I think a better idea is to add the price for parking to what you have to pay for the hotel accommodation.
Review 19：Very good hotel: nice, clean, spacious, quiet room with a view, efficient , friendly staff, good food, small details like free coffe and cakes in the morning on the lift lobby. Excellent safe location in the city center.Prices OK. Highly recommended
