Review 1：Too much noise all day caused by the music. During the day it was impossible rest at the pool, and by night with the loud music during the night show that never stops before 23.30

Review 5：Clean. Kind attention. Good animation for families. However, too much money for so poor services and facilities. Really bad WIFI. Expensive according to our expectations. You'd better choose other option.

Review 6：The staff ask you for 150 euro cash upon arrival, which will be returned the day before you leave, which is not mentioned at booking. If you stay on the economy package, to have a kettle is 5 euro extra per night, a fresh towel is 6 euro, and t.v. is 38 euro per week and only Italian channels. This feels a little unfriendly to be constantly told about excessive extra charges, which are again not highlighted at time of booking.

Review 7：Nice complex layout, very natural surroundings, on the beach with a big swimming pool. Apartments very clean and pretty well stocked.

Review 8：There was not much around like bar or restaurants, closest one in valledoria were not that exiting. We dint get a power cable for TV, because we were on economy deal! We found that a bit silly, not that it would cost them anything. They ask you to segregate your waste which is great, but you only get one container in the apartment.

Review 9：It was very quiet when we stayed in early June. Pool was great and the resort is close to the beach. Forest location.

Review 10：A vacuum cleaner would have been handy instead of a old broom. The lounge area is 2 steps lower than the dining and kitchen which was stressful with our 18mth old. Preseason means that the onsite market and bazaar was closed. But this was also a plus point.. no noise at night :-)

Review 11：Location is great. very close to the beach and a small river. Valledoria is quite small but handy for grocerystore and icecream etc. Apartment was a 2 bedroom. Upstairs was bigger than expected. Downstairs was a bit small for a family of 4. Great playground. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful

Review 12：1. No cleaning personel on the entire period. 7 days without clean sheets and towels (we have received 3 towels at the begining and nothing else). Plus, we had to do our own bed. No sheets were put on the bed or on the pilows. 2. We have to clean ourselves the room, without having cleaning products. 3. We have been told that it is free wi-fi. It only was half true. The wi-fi just worked on the phones at the reception area. For the computers we have to buy (4euro/hour). 4. We did not have a TV set, being told that we have to pay 38 euro for the entire period. 5. We were taken 150 euro as a guarantee, even if all the payments were done by credit card. 6. The breakfast has no warm meal. Just cold food. And it was the same food every day. 7. Even if when arrived, they have told us that the room will be ready in 1/2 hour, we had to wait 2 and 1/2 hour. 8. On the hotel's beach, we could not let a sunbed just for a day, being obliged to pay for the entire period, at the begining (77 euro just for 2 beds, so for 4 persons, as our family it would have been double). 9. The hotel personel spoke a very bad English. 10. The hotel personel wasn't friendly at all! 11. They have told us that booking through booking.com, we could have access only to the very low rooms (economy).

Review 21：Very nice territoty with pine trees giving trees giving shadow and coolness even on the hottest days. Large beach is nearby. Valledoria is a cosy small town, however with some enough places for entertainment.

Review 22：All activities only started from June 15, while on booking.com it isstated that this is June 1. This means no swimming pool, no activities,no restaurant. None of the facilities are open before June 15! Theswimming pool is only open from 9u30 till 13u and from 15u30 till 18u30.The animators do not understand or speak English at all.
