Review 1：Already told many time wrong booking check in and check out date, many call to ask motify the date, but always ask me waiting2 , money is already paid but check in out date can't exchange, services too bad

Review 2：No free wifi. Parts of the hotel were out of date, the buffet dinner was average and expensive (for Malaysia).

Review 3：We stayed only 1 night here. The view from the room was spectacular and we had a small balcony on the 13th floor of the tower hotel. Room was large enough and clean enough if a little dated. Location was good with nice walks around the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Review 4：The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. Old and dated room. No free internet. A bit far away from Genting Highlands centre and need to take the free shuttle.

Review 10：I liked their services and the staff were nice too, i needed a steel plate to make my son's food and they provided a small new pot. i was so impressed with that. Also i needed to store something in the fridge which the one in the room could not contain, i called the house keeping they came and took it, kept it safe in their big fridge until the day we were checking out.

Review 11：We had taken 3 rooms and Rooms were dirty, Room no 25564 was not cleaned for two days even after telling the housekeeping. The walls had blood stains (room 25563), there were insects in the room, there was no service at all given for in room dining. Found hair in bakery food at the breakfast time. Really sad to stay here 3rd time. I dont think i will stay here ever again.

Review 13：There's a ghost in my room. I've paid 306 ringgit for one night including a breakfast buffet. What I got is a scary nightmare. Fed up with this kind of hotel room.

Review 14：When we first arrived, before check in procedures should allowed guest park the car in front & get room key and unload luggage then let us known where to park our car .instate of changing us to move away vehicle.very inconsider staff which I didn't like. Should make a flexible adjustments for the guest.

Review 17：1. No Wi-Fi available in the room (even if you don't mind paying for it) and additional charges is chargeable for Wi-Fi in the lobby, even for hotel guest. 2. Breakfast egg station is under staff. Only two frying pan & one staff so the average waiting time for eggs each day is about 20 to 30 minutes. Tea from the dispensing machine is horrible. 3. Shuttle bus to/from Genting can have more frequency (esp from Genting back to hotel) as each time we saw guests not being able to board the bus due to it being full. 4. Had a really bad experience in the hotel café. We ordered 3 main courses and only 2 was delivered. After repeated enquiries, the waiters kept telling us that the last main course was "coming". Finally, when my family had finished their 2 main course and we kick up a fuss about the last main course, the waiter actually checked and came back to tell us that the last missing main course had not even been cooked (chef missed out on the orders)!! They then give us the option to wait another 20 to 30 minutes while the chef starts to prepare the missing main course or alternatively, cancel our order... and they were not apologetic about this until we made a complain to the hotel manager. In addition, we were informed that the café did not served water and we need to order mineral water (which we did), only to see guests who came later than us being served water as well as free refills.. 5. Room service (food and drinks) only available for guest staying in suites..

Review 22：The Security Staff is not friendly and very rude. Room condition is not up to Suite Standard at all. Corridor is very smelly and the room is very dusty. The room rate is not value for money at all. This hotel is the worse hotel I ever experience.

Review 91：Awana may be a 5 star resort but the food for the buffet breakfast was definitely 2 -3 star. As a former resort hotelier, it is unacceptable that the menu did not change for 2 consecutive days because resort guests will stay for a minimum of 2 nights. Bathrooms were clean but the fittings were very old - lots of scratches in the bathtub. In standard rooms, amenities were very minimal, you are not even given a face or hand towel, just 2 bath towels. The sliding doors of my room to the balcony couldn't even open. The electric stove at the suite was not working at all and when we complained, they told us to call housekeeping each time we wanted to cook and they would open up another suite for us to do it which was so inconvenient.

Review 92：The beds were very good and clean and the view was acceptable. Our request for adjoining rooms on non-smoking floors were noted and given.

Review 93：There's no available wifi in the room. Can only connect at the lobby and you have to pay for 10 myr for 1 hour or 25 myr for 24 hrs but you'll only need to stay in the lobby to get connected but still slow.. the connection is still unstable.

Review 129：No room service in tower hotel. I do not know why. Initially we were given a room on 26th floor, windows were all open, big enough for both my toddlers to climb through or crawl through. We didnt like it so we asked to be moved to the lower floor and we got a room on the 9th floor, it was okay. This may sound odd but we felt a 'presence' in the room at night, my husband and I could not sleep well. Keep hearing weird noises. But we just ignored it.

Review 130：Stayed for only 1 night in Awana Hotel, we were in Genting for the Ultraman night show. Smooth Check in and check out. We had lunch at Flavours Cafe, food was great, but could have done quicker considering we were the only family there. My kids loved the children's pool, they had a great time there.

Review 131：No free WIFI, must pay quite expensive we stayed for 3 days but hotel did not offer any activities that we could've tried like; archery, orchid farm, squash, etc. We know about those facilities when we checked out, what a shame.
