Review 1：The bell boy was not able to guide me correctly to my floor. He told me to go to a tower and I took the elevator and the whole floor was pitch black it was scary jajjaaj

Review 14：This is a comment about my preference but not a real dislike about the hotel: I would like the hotel to offer some international dishes. Even the plainest of breakfasts, will still have Mexican elements. Mexican food is great but not everyday. If you don't mind to eat always Mexican food at the hotel, great. Otherwise, you will have to eat out.
Review 15：The staff was very helpful and kind. The bed and linens are very good quality. The room was ample and clean. Everything. The location is near many restaurants, super markets and more.
Review 16：1. when I arrive they couldn't find mine reservation and that was. It took a long time and that was very embarrassing for mine partner. 2. When I came home I find out that they charged me MXP 2000,- instead MXP 1235. We call Saturday, they say they will check call back but till now no reaction from the hotel.
Review 17：I requested a smoking room, and this option is active on the booking tool, but when arrived I was told they didn't have any available. Also, I think the rate was a bit high, since breakfast wasn't included and I wasn't lodged in the tower (which is nicer than the garden or building 2)

Review 22：Our room had a strong smell of chlorine which burnt my eyes, so we asked to change it. But the second room had an unhealthy musty odour and felt humid even though the A/C was on. Also the towels were worn out and grey instead of white. The room deserves 2 stars not five As it was advertised !

Review 26：In the bar, an 8 oz glass of milk or OJ was $4.00, the drinks are WAY overpriced. The prices should be more kid friendly. Also, I know people have to make a living, but everyone wants a tip for everything. I carried my own luggage, parked my own car, and that probably saved me about 50-100 dollars.

Review 41：Great customer service, at first I was looking to stay at safi San Agustin , there was only rooms at safi towers. After this experience my first choice will be there !!!!
Review 42：We loved everything about our stay! Great staff, friendliness, clean place, very chill and luxury atmosphere, and in the middle of the city! We went to go see Incubus at the Arena Monterrey and the taxi ride there was only 15 minutes, with traffic. Sweet!
Review 43：I was in the tower nr. 2, I don't know if the first one is much better: - mainly, the room smells bad and it was not possible to open the window to recicle the air, and it smells like old smoke, also if it was a no smooking room. Probably it was an old smoking room and you can not rent it like no-smoking. I felt very bad for that; - Furniture and TV were old, also the bathroom is old. Definitively it is not a 4 stars, but a very old 4 stars, but if the room smelt good it's ok for business. - My breakfast was limited at sweets and coffe and breath, but they didn't advise me at the reception therefore I got a misunderstanding the first morning. Location is not so good to walk out at the night.

Review 48：Everything was excellent. I have been to Monterrey in the past, always to visit family and go sight-seeing but this time stayed at this hotel. I loved staying here. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly and accomodating. I felt safe at all times and the room was soooo relaxing and comfortable.
Review 49：Monterrey is not a tourist town. It is a business center and not gearedfor tourist. The people like most Mexicans are friendly, charming, kind,and considerate. The hotel borders on luxury but not a spa. A goodeffort is made but the temperatures, the poverty of most of thepopulations (los abajos), and the sense of a threat of violence will notallow for a tourist based industry. I have no complaints.
