Review 1：Breakfast bit expensive but they offered discount voucher. For business price is at par with other Tokyo CBD hotels but for family, bit too much. However , many cheaper breakfast options a minute or 2 away

Review 3：While visiting from the US, we stayed at Royal Pines many times during the last 5 years and now it feels like home. Friendly and helpful staff - most speak some english, comfortable western style rooms with lots of space, variety of restaurants and bars. Lunch and dinner buffet is incredible - great for family gatherings. We always end the day with a lovely drink at the bar while enjoying the beautiful view.
Review 4：There's not really anything to do in Urawa and the reason for staying there is that you have business in Saitama. The breakfast is a very standard low-grade japanese breakfast wich you pay an additional JPY 1000 for per day (2015-04)
