Review 2：Spacious clean rooms with air conditioning, fans and tiled floors. On the beach. Quiet. Short drive to Mon Repos Turtle Centre.

Review 15：The apartment wasn't very clean. The floor left your feet very dirty after a shower. The dishwasher had a cockroach in it and a considerable amount of what was probably cockroach poo.

Review 17：The apartment smelt musty and bedspreads were worn and dirty. We found a dirty sock in the bathroom. Pillows were very hard and shower in main bathroom was poor. Very overpriced.

Review 23：The facility was clean and the extra touches that they had in the studio apartment was a nice touch. As I travel extensively the homely touches e.g. the books on the bookshelf in the room were an added bonus and most welcome. Being able to see and hear the ocean.

Review 28：Apartments are like cells, lacking decent natural light. Sofa and carpet both smelled musty. Sofa felt dirty. Cooker top was an antique and didn't work properly (if you could work out high and low temps, as all the writing was worn away!) Maybe health and safety should take a look. Apartments are very dated and worn.

Review 33：We stayed in a Studio Room for 2 nights Very limited kitchen area No view of the ocean at all Bed is on rollers and moves when you turnover Curtains shabby & in need of repair As we were on the top floor there is way TOO many steps just to get from the carpark to your room as the design of the building is very poor and there are no lifts This really should be mentioned when you book Price per night @ $125AUD was well overpriced for the standard of the room We were very unimpressed

The apartment we were allocated was on basement level and had painted brick interior walls and low ceilings While it opened out onto a lovely paved area and was close to the pool, the apartment was cold and dark - maybe better in the height of summer rather than end of winter. There seemed to be other apartments available at higher level of building that would have been warmer and sunnier for a winter visit. Not an apartment to just sit and relax in.

Review 125：We walked into the office we both had a smile on our faces as usual .We both said hello , The young lady said with a long face [ this is your account ,full amount to be paid in full ] which i did . I then asked if they had any info on the area she said no .On taking the keys i asked if we have many stairs she said no .I asked because i have a heart problem and Dennis is VIP .that was no problem except bushes and trees overhung the pathway ,also at the edge of the path way was a tap very low to the ground which would make a terrible injury if walked into .Our unit had only a pair of curtains across the window leading outside ,when open people could see straight in ,a net curtain would of been nice .Dennis phoned the office x2 for help to start the air con .A very grumpy man arrived no conversation or name didnt speak to either of us we felt very intimidated ,OUR supply of soap was 2 small squares ,1 small shampoo ,We went to the office the next day and asked for another towel each ,more shampoo and milk please they looked at us as if we were aliens from space how dare we ask for any thing .the 3 staff never spoke to us were very cold towards us . About 6 hours passed Dennis rang the office for our requirements [ grumpy man bought them up yes same story dreadful ..... i asked where should we park was told where i like ....... easy parked on the road car park full .
