Review 1：Theres an ant on my room. No signal on my cellphone, at room 212 and they even charge you half day rate for 4 hours. But thats not a half day, old building. And the maintenance door in 2nd floor is always open.

Review 13：I booked on line and specified my needs. When I got to the hotel, I didn't get what I booked for. It was too late to move so I had to make do with what was available. A 60 year old climbing 5 flights of stairs each day.

Review 15：Room is very small, so is the bathroom. It takes time to get the shower heated. Room doesn't have windows -- not fit for folks with claustrophobia. Confusing, maze-like hallways.

Review 18：The room was very spacious, aircon is working fine, and it's very near to SM Iloilo. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Review 19：The elevator broke down and we were at the fifth floor. It was bad for my already swollen knee and was such a hassle. Good thing there was an available room in the 2nd flr so we requested to transfer, which they facilitated speedily.

Review 21：Staff was unfriendly and unavailable. Wifi was confusing and so slow it was unusable the second night we stayed (but was good the first night). Room had no windows and so was uncomfortably dark/no intuition of time in the morning.
Review 22：Cheapest hotel with free wifi available. Good location, easy to get to Robinsons and SM city. Korean restaurant in the same building, within walking distance of a great massage, and coffee shop. Comfortable beds, clean room, good shower. Held my luggage when I arrived prior to check in.

Review 35：Booked a single room, hot water was terrible and had a foul smell coming from drain. Luckily we had booked two rooms as the other room had excellant hot water pressure. Free wifi was abosolutely shameful, ended up buying pocket wifi from globe as wifi that was offered was as slow as dial-up. Terrible. Would not recommend staying here unless desperate, but hotels in the philippines are generally aweful unless your willing to spend heaps.

Review 89：As usual, location and price were the reasons why I chose Riverside Inn. It's in a good location. It's close to SM City Iloilo, Smallville, and most importantly, the Iloilo River Wharf (Muelle Loney Port). The aforesaid port is where you can board fast crafts from the city to Bacolod. In addition, the inn was the cheapest that I found when I was looking for accommodation online. Most of the reviews about it are good too. True enough, it didn't disappoint. There was no free breakfast (and that's fine considering they have really reasonable rates) but there was free Wi-Fi, and I think it's a good place for those who would like to stay for a night (or more). The staff were friendly and helpful as well. For its location, price, and value, this inn gets a thumbs up from me! :)
