Review 1：The hotel itself was dirty and sort of frightening. It smelled very bad in the bathroom and the front area. It was nearly impossible to find and down a tiny side street. I'd avoid staying in Saitama altogether, to be honest. They also don't have any wifi. When I talked to the front desk, he said that wifi is free and I could connect to any of them. All the available wifi connections were subscriptions through companies like Softbank from the businesses nearby.
