Review 1：1) The pillows provided in the room was too flat, had shoulder ache after one night. 2) more tables should be provided to place personal items. 3) wifi should be extended to more gadgets and more TV chanel, and better TV resolution.

Review 2：1) staffs are helpful and polite, efficient when telling them that wifi doesn't work.

Review 3：I got a deluxe bedroom. extreamly noise when someone in next door is having a normal conversation. Also, If you were in bed and someone is having shower in your room, it would be super noise. my stay there was not as expected.

Review 7：Room wasn't available for early check-in at 2pm but was available at normal check-in time of 3pm as it was being serviced due to late check-out. Bed and bedroom were nicely serviced but bathroom was unclean - lot of body/head hair on tiles and in shower box. This was reported to reception but no action taken.

Review 9：Staff were surprisingly not fluent in English, when we were ordering in-room dining we said we wanted chiclen burger, they literally asked do you it chicken or beef? The staff were also not friendly as when you day thank you they just nod and then leave without. Showing any kind of friendlyness to the guest. The booking at the hotel was such a waste of money as we did not like the fact that everything was closed for maintainance. Poor wifi.

Review 11：asked for ice it took them nearly 30 min to bring it . in my room i found one cockroach and also the glasses and the cups we used when we came back the next day were not clean rather strange

Review 13：On checking in, we have 4 unannounced rude visits from your staff, 1. check toilet 2. repair small light on top of bed, even tho 2 children sleeping & parents are sleeping. 3 check plant (this is crazy) 4 insectide man, armed with spray 5 room have blurring sound. First World is much better & good reception with quick checkout kiosk. 6 Our limousine was waiting for 45mins due to your staff Albert mistake in invoice. Review 14：Plenty of food outlets to choose from.

Review 15：There was a glitch with the flushing system at our suite. It seems the water kept flowing non stop.Even the technician could not stop the flowing. It was ridiculous to note dat the contents of minibar was extremely overpriced. I didn't bother to consume at all. The parking should be improved to cater the hotel clients. The hotel should provide or allocate special pass for the customers to use the parking facilities. Obviously the customers wouldn't want to spend thousands of ringgit to look for parking space.

Review 16：The suite was fairly comfortable. Not too spacious compared to other 5 star hotels dat i stayed before. The twin beds were smaller considering I stayed with my wife and two young kids. I found the twin beds elsewhere were much bigger. Hats off to the buffet breakfast. My kids really enjoyed the range of breakfast available. The chefs are very friendly especially the two indian chefs in charge of cooking omelets. I definitely will consider genting grand again apart from maxims genting.

Review 17：This hotel is mainly for gamblers who visit the casinos So almost all floors except one are smoking floors And this was not indicated when we did the booking So we were given rooms in a smoking floor without telling us Me Andy husband are asthmatics And my two kids 9 and 12 years old were exposed to the smoke coming fro the door of the connecting room This is totally unacceptable We have informed the manager and hoping they will do some thing to rectify what has happened because I don't think we deserve to be exposed to that much of smoking and pay money

Review 46：M Spa whereby we can really relax and feel very comfortable, and the ladies namely Dwi and Kadek, hoped I didn't spelled their names wrongly were very, very professional. We felt so fresh after the scrub and massage. My wife did facial as well. We are very satisfied with the treatment. We stayed on level 9 and the room is very cosy and comfortable. The man who make up our room did a very good job. Unfortunately I did not ask for his name. We hope to stay in Genting Grand in the near future.

Review 47：The hotel toilet floor was rather sticky; gummy like feeling!

First time attended concert at Arena of Stars; not sure where it is located, met a Chinese hotel manager, despite his busy schedule, he personally accompanied us and bought us to the venue. He was very friendly and courteaus indeed. All the hotel staff we met were also very helpful and friendly. Love the buffet breakfast too!

Review 54：The only thing is! There are some staffs of the hotel facilities like(Casino), they allow kind of people to enter & not allowing others! Forsuch no reason like telling you .. (you are not allow to enter becauseyou are wearing trainers) while you will find there are people allowedto enter & they wear same thing & even they don't give you a face orpaying attention to you (Racism).

Review 55：The hotel location is very amazing, top of the green mountain, ingeneral all the hotels, parks & shopping centers are connected to eachothers by lifts, you don't need to have a taxi, the hotel is very cleanalthough it is crowd (full), hotel services are good even the rooms areorganized & clean, the weather is amazing too & seems to be cold & youcan see the clouds around the place, actually it was a wonderful tovisit such a place like Genting & Maxims hotel.

Review 56：During our check-in session, the front desk did ask us about the type ofnewspaper which we preferred for the next morning but we didn't get anytill we needed to get down to concierge counter to request for it. Thefront desk should advise us that they actually didn't provide ChinaPress to their customer instead of made us waiting and expecting thedelivery of newspaper on the next morning.

Review 57：We were very happy that the hotel managed to arrange for an early check-in as requested by us during the reservation. While we were waiting atthe lobby, we were being served with chinese tea, this is a credit addedto the hotel.The room is very clean and comfort, able to provide a very leisure stay for relaxation. The breakfast served at Coffee House is very tasty and delicious, not only promoting our local foods and all the foods' taste are just nice, not salty. My wife and me were very enjoy with the breakfast. Overall, we have an very enjoyable stay at Maxims Genting.

Review 58：The hotel room carpet is dirty, toilet seats have stains, wall have redcolor staining and hotel ammenities is limited. I stayed in many 5 starhotel and this hotel should not be rated 5 star. Breakfast has plenty ofchoice but no fruit juice, only syrup drinks and juice is chargeable. Atfirst, I thought it will be the best hotel in Genting but after staying,I am thinking whether I have made the right choice as maybe other hotelsin Genting will be better, or maybe worse.

Review 60：Internet was not available with room booked as advertised. After mucharguement till 11.00 pm management then changed the room to one whichthe internet was available.Food in restaurants were not of the exceptional quality available in Kuala Lampur. However, prices are 4 or five times as much. Example: Roti canai/ Roti Parata- Rm 6.50 each in the resort. That would make a malaysian LOL.
