Review 1：Hotel is a bit hard to find. Had to stop by to ask people as it is hidden from the main road that it is on. BUT once you find it, is a breeze. Suggest they add a detailed street map on the website with landmark then it will be good. Shower room really needs some hooks to hang stuff please.

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a new hotel so all things are spanking new. Location is good as it just a stone throw away from the old town !

Review 3：The Hotel was very clean and the staff were perfect, they were very friendly and helpful. I can say that it was the best hotel that I saw during my two weeks vacation in Balkans. The location is also perfect for families with a small baby because it is so close to the center. I recommend it to everybody.

Review 4：We used the washing service in the hotel for cleaning our used clothes. They washed and dried the clothes for us. When we got the clothes back they were still wet. And the cleaning service was expensive. One of us paid 10€ and I paid 15€.

Review 5：We travelled 3 weeks in the Balkan-area. That was the most luxury rooms we had on our trip. The hotel is brand-new built in 2015. They have camera-secured parking lots in the backyard. It is easy to go by foot to stari most in 10 - 20 minutes.

Review 11：It is very hard to find the hotel, more signs need to be placed around the town, there is no towel rail, or hangers for clothes in the bathroom, there is no WiFi on the third floor, no internet in the corner room, but there is a hot-spot is the corridor

Review 13：A beautiful hotel next to Mostar's old town. All commodities and a warm welcome of the host. A new high standing establishment in a very interesting town. I recommend the stay!

Review 14：Wifi reception is poor on the upper floors. The hotel has just opened (June 2015) and has great potential: right now, service suffers a bit at full occupancy (breakfast room was crowded and food disappeared quickly before it could be restored!). As for rooms, some additions (desk, chairs) would be useful and add to comfort.

Review 15：Brand new hotel with young and enthusiastic staff. They kindly paid taxi transfers from/to Mostar station (which is not within walking distance), and provided helpful advice in enjoying the city.

Review 18：Really helpful staff and we met the owner and daughter to which Hana is named after. No reviews as brand new hotel but very lovely. Amazing A/C! Bathroom great and we had a balcony. Parked car for free outside. Very short walk to the old town. The gates get locked at night which is great for peace of mind. Breakfast was awesome.
