Review 1:The owners were lovely and helpful people. Their presence just made you in a better mood. Staying at this little hotel made my bad day become a better memory with a great night. I just wish I had had more time to enjoy the beautiful garden they have!

Review 4:Me and my companions had a very pleasant stay at the White Garden. Everything was clean and comfortable and the manager was also very friendly and caring. I would say that considering the low price everything was over our expectations.
Review 5:Owners, at the same time they administrating, they are not were always reachable when it was needed.
Review 6:Cosy room, clean, all needed things are available, friendly owners, parking.
Review 7:The bathroom is narrow and long, the sink is very small. No curtain to darken the dormer window.
Review 8:There was some useful things on the room: water heater, Tea, Nescafe, a microwave with grill function, a FM radio.
Review 9:The owner/manager was an awesome lady very friendly and helpful. She offered local knowledge on where to go for dinner and it was superb. The bed was a fold out couch which was a bit hard but apart from was a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden
Review 10:not so clean room, no drapes, no warm water, tight bathroom, noisy people in the neighbour room(s)
Review 11:close to the city center, helpful owner, easy to park the car,
Review 12:I like the layout of the room very much, the room is small but it's really beautiful, the house loard is very warming! Location is quite good. It's in the old town and surrounding is quiet.
Review 13:Location, it is in the old town which is nothing much to do and to see. Far from both train station and the concentration camp. Though it is very closed to castle and Jewish museum.
Review 14:The owner is kind however we could not communicate well in English. The room is clean and comfy. Nearby is a market square which you can find many restaurants and shops.
Review 15:The water got almost cold after 10 min I was taking my dush
Review 16:Very friendly staff, easy to find, wifi free, nice atmosfere! I will recommend to all visitors and I will come back!
Review 17:Bed was very uncomfortable; very hard to find if you arrive after dark; was going to charge me extra for arriving half hour later than expected; advertised as having a stove/cooking surface but there wasn't one - we didn't need it so not really a bad point. You could hear the TV of next door; If you are staying here to visit Auschwitz, better to stay in Krakow and do a day trip as there is not much going on here at all.
Review 18:Very warm, clean and owners were friendly.
Review 19:There was nothing we didn't like
Review 20:Situated in a quiet neighbour hood, owner very helpful, it was clean and comfortable. Fifteen minutes walk from station and twenty minutes walk to Aushwitz . Well recommend
Review 21:The plumbing and a few of the fixtures need to be taken care of.
Review 22:This place is a gem. For less than 20 dollars a night you are centrally located just a two minute walk from the Jewish center and synagogue/cafe. The sinister reputation of this town with the death camp is somewhat softened by a place like this with a friendly dedicated staff. I would strongly recommend staying at least one night in this town rather than just visiting Auschwitz death camp. The camp/camps are a must visit obviously, but it's amazing to see such a peaceful and beautiful town that will always be attached to the central camp of the holocaust. And stay here if you're on a budget.
Review 23:As an American I am used to larger rooms. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. It was a little larger than others I stay at on my 21 day trip to the region. It rained while I was there and the rain on the skylight was loud but after the rain I open the skylight to fresh air. The owners are very polite. I felt safe there.
Review 24:This hotel has best location in the city, you can only couple walk get to Jewish history location, like Synagogue and Jewish Museum, Jewish cemetery and Jewish houses.... You can take many buses from this hotel nearby to Oswiecim Nazi camp easy.
Review 25:Toilet in the outside of room had bad smell.
Review 26:This hotel has best location in the city, you can only couple walk getto Jewish history location, like Synagogue and Jewish Museum, Jewishcemetery and Jewish houses.... You can take many buses from this hotelnearby to Oswiecim Nazi camp easy.
Review 27:bathroom too narrow.. White Garden is located at quite a distance from the railway station... When I arrived around 10 pm. by train, there were no taxis at the railway station. Then, when I arrived at the White Garden, there no one answered the door - staff lived off site. Message was posted that I was to call upon arrival, but I had no phone with me!! (A neighbor saved the situation)
Review 28:kettle for tea or beverage was provided-- room quite charming... except for the spider that bit me !!
Review 29:Cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful clean room, helpful owners - they went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot thank them enough for how welcome they made me feel. After a language barrier with the taxi company, the owner drove me to the train station. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Review 69:Paturile cam scartaiau / The beds were a little noisy
Review 70:Amabilitatea gazdelor a fost de necrezut / The hosts courtesy was unbelievable
Review 71:The staff is very very helpfull, also The position is convenient for visiting Auschwitz and Krakow. Krakow Can be reached by minibus they stop about 200 from The accomodation.
Review 72:The town itself is very quiet, nothing really opens till 10. No complains whatsoever with white hostel itself.
Review 73:Very helpful, our train was delayed and we didn't get there till midnight but Violetta drove out to meet us let us in and didn't seem like it was a problem at all. Beautiful room, cute little touches - more of a hotel than a hostel. Quite and peaceful, felt very safe, easy to find thanks to violettas instructions. No doubt I would definitely stay here again. Right behind the Jewish synagogue and the town square.
Review 74:This accommodation is very good value for money and if you want somewhere to sleep, eat and shower?than this place is fine.Wifi worked well.Staff friendly.sofa/bed was a bit uncomfortable, and i think as a single room a single bed would be a better option.shower head and hose needs looking into? But apart from those small points a lovely place to stay in Osweicim.
Review 75:Location is excellent very close to main town square and round corner from the Jewish museum also a tesco extra which is handy. Also a main bus stop is round corner, which has buses to Auschwitz approximately 10 minutes which drops you at the rear of main Auschwitz one camp museum and in the opposite direction is Krakow.
Review 76:Is not staffed in the evening or early morning since it is connected to a business and not a home. This did not bother me but may be problematic for other people.
Review 77:Wonderful location, Friendly staff, good follow up when I was arriving late.
Review 78:Probably the only thing I can think about is when its raining the window located on the roof may be a little noisy, it did rain during my stance but it wasn't annoying for me. If you think it could be for you just remember to have a couple of earplugs with you.
Review 79:Room #9, have own toilet and bathroom, equipped as an appartment with microwave, water boiler for coffee or tee, they even let some for you! Towels, shower gel, and everything you need. There is no TV but for the price I didn't expect it and I didn't miss it. Overall a nice room, I felt very comphortably. The street and neghbourhood are not noisy. It is located 5 mins from the central square and municipal bus station (not intercity buses). The staff is really great, very friendly they help me when I needed it in some personal matters and were always very friendly. Really some good persons there that you can rely on!
Review 80:In the hostel no 24\24 stuff. Fo exemple, I came at 8 p.m, but nobody was there. And I need to wait. In the morning the same situation.
Review 81:Kindly stuff, very nice room with coffee, tea, electric oven with pen, nice window into the roof!
Review 82:I didn't like that the staff is not 24 hours there... so if you just walk in without a reservation you might not get a room! But they explained me that they did this to keep the low prices, so if you're reading this, make the reservation first! And also, be careful because you have to arrive before 18:00 I think or they charge you extra for late check-in! But this policy might change, so you can ask before going there...
Review 83:I liked the nice little quiet where this hotel is, it is far enough from the Auschwitz museum so you can have a real quiet time and have a good rest. And it only took me between 40 and 60 minutes walking to the Auschwitz Museum (and that it's because I was taking pictures on my way of nice park that is between this two points).
Review 84:Staying at White Garden was very nice; everything is much better then shown on photos, very clean and sweet. Stuff is great - Wiolletta was waiting for us cos we arrived much later and that was very nice of her, she was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend WG!
Review 85:Excellent value for prkce
Review 86:Friendly people. In the centre. We had a nice sunny terras.
