Review 1：Never could use the internet Receptionist gave us two rooms whit double beds instead of King size There keys are desprogram and takes you about 30 minutes to reprogram

Review 2：They didn't have our one bed and gave us two queens. The rug in the room was stained and large parts without any fabric. There was fungus on the shower glass frame.

Review 18：The hotel is stunningly beautiful, and all the facilities are fantastic. We were in one of the king suites, and it was superb.

Review 21：The bed was really uncomfortable. The lightning in the bathroom poor and the prices for food too high. Also there was no ramp from the lobby to the rooms, they need to a ramp.

After 35 minutes and 2 calls begging them to look for it ...they found my reservation... I also had to beg for a king size bed (which I had already ask for through booking.com) .....and also had to beg for a simple requirement as put some music channel in the room...they told that the requirement was very difficult to accomplish because the Concierge was gone...the staff from customer services were not very friendly, lazy attitude...

Review 30：No place to hang wet towels other than a hook on the door. Difficult to get into the shower. Not enough drawers for clothing and the ones that were there had books and other things in them. The restaurant was just adequate, not very good. On the other hand, the Sunday brunch was very good.
