Roni Tourist Hotel sells fast on our site. Newly opened in March 2015, Roni Tourist Hotel is located in the centre of Jeonju Movie Road. The hotel is a 15-minute walk northwest of Jeonju Hanok Village and a 10-minute taxi ride from Jeonju Express Bus Terminal.

Review 1：There were one or two little things I felt could have made the stay even better, such as complimentary tea and coffee for the rooms and a countertop of some kind in the bathroom for setting personal toiletries on. For my parents who also stayed here, the configuration of furniture wasn't ideal in their room. The bed was located below a draughty window which could easily be solved but would mean moving some furniture.

Review 2：The staff were so friendly and exceptionally helpful for me, especially the front of house team. They exceeded all of my expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this hotel again and I would certainly recommend it for it's central location, comfortable rooms, extremely nice staff and value for money. The breakfast was undersold as it was very good value for money and had a tasty selection of foods to suit most people.

Review 5：The facility is excellent & excellent value, as well. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Everyone is courteous, genuinely friendly, & helpful. As we do no speak Korean, we are very appreciative of their English language skills.

Review 6：I made reservation 2 room for 5 adults. 2 people for standard bedroom and 3people for bigger bedroom with one more bed. I found out Room for 3 were registered with family room-no description when I booked-which was up to 7 people can sleep on the floor without beds, only mattress. I paid more for 3people bedroom. During the process, front desk wasn't that helpful to make transition smoothly.

Review 8：Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, one guest clearly did not follow the rules, resulting in a strong smell of smoke emanating into our room. Other than that a fantastic motel.

Review 9：The terrace room was great. Clean, and the terrace gave our son more room to play. Rooms were well appointed and fast wifi was good. Breakfast was a buffet but if there were not enough people it was a la carte. Location was fantastic being located in the mall and a 10 minute walk to the Hanok village.

Review 10：One staff member (not in uniform) seemed to interfere with the others, even though they were dealing with everything just fine. The free wifi did not work in our room, only in the reception area.

Review 11：The hotel is in the centre of the shopping area and about 10-15 mins walk to the Hanok Village. Staff were very competent. The room and bathroom were clean

Review 12：The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyday we asked them for help to plan our day. They speak in english so it's easy to communicate with them when you are a foreigner. The Hotel is located in the center of Jeonju. You can shop nearby and there are many restaurants. You can reach by foot Jeonju hanok maeul in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very confortable.

Review 13：Lack of English at the desk. Although I have an alien registration card, she still wanted my passport. I live here, I don't always carry that and it wasn't ask for on the website. Luckily another person came and she spoke English and advised the first desk person that my Alien Registration Card was fine. I normally wouldn't complain about the lack of English, but the entire website is in English.

Review 15：The hotel only recently opened, so some things were not yet as smooth as they should be, such as breakfast service. No doubt they will improve though.

Review 19：Booking.com booking included breakfast, but apparently the hotel did not cater for breakfast for weekdays. However, hotel were accommodating and arranged for he breakfast.

Review 21：The room had a leaking toilet that smelled like raw sewage. We were given another room. We made the mistake of not checking that room and didn't realize the bed coverlet was covered in blood on the backside. When we pulled the covers back, there was blood stains on the sheets. We took the coverlet to the front desk to express how disgusted we were about our discovery but she didn't do anything about it.

Review 24：The hotel was located in the centre of town so easy to get everywhere we needed to go. It was quiet and clean, the room had a very large flat screen tv on the wall and balcony area outside. The staff were all very helpful. When we went out they would write where we were going in Korean so we could explain to taxi/bus drivers where we needed to go easily.
