Review 1：great location, plenty of parking, the staff was great and willing to make meals around our time frame. The dinner was out of this world and with a few drinks and dinner for my Wife and I it was less than 20 euro.

Review 4：The staff were fantastic, always polite and helpful. They booked taxis and answered any questions about where to visit and the best restaurants. The whole hotel was immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast was a typical continental choice but good fresh ingredients. Quiet location out of the city. A lovely break with my family.

Review 6：If you're going to stay near Auschwitz, this is a good place to stay. This is a little bit away from Oswiecim, but it is quiet. Staff is quite nice, but there is no one available after 11. They have a nice artisanal shop selling wines, honey, skin creams, etc.

Review 7：The air-conditioning didn't cool properly, but as we arrived late at night and only stayed 1 night I didn't bother to request assistance. I informed them in the morning and it's surely fixed.

Review 8：Everything was clean, modern and well outfitted. Staff was friendly, spoke excellent English and Isabella is drop-dead beautiful. For the facilities it was quite a bargain.

Review 14：It is a perfect place to stay for a few days. It is a family run hotel and doughters/staff at the recepcion spoke perfect English and they were really helpful. Room was clean and fully renovated. Breakfast was rich and included in the price.

Review 15：The address is not Oswiecim but Broszkowice. The receptionist we spoke to could not help out and the postcode did not take us to it. We had to stop in a fuel station to locate the venue.

Review 16：This Hotel is family run. It is clean and welcoming, with free parking. The Location is perfect for visiting Auschwitz Birkenhau. It is very good value for money.

Review 34：We received a really friendly welcome, the room was spacious for the four of us and spotlessly clean. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but it smelled delicious!! There was plenty of space to park and in an ideal location for our visit to Auschwitz approx 5-10 mins. In the reception area there were also some locally produced products to buy as gifts if you wanted to...which I did! Staff were so helpful, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Review 49：The location was poor as you can't walk out for tea, we walked to a restaurant but it was closed, we walked back and rang a taxi we ended up having a nice meal and got a taxi back, it's ideal for one night, but wouldn't stay longer, no room service or bar, Which was disappointing, the room was too hot, and the curtains were see through allowing all the sun light to flood in.

They even have make/clean the room during your visit! We changed our schedule to stay an extra day!

The staff member for that night called us when we were still on the way to ask what time we would be arriving, and then did everything possible with considerable friendliness to make us feel at home. The location close to Auschwitz is an obvious plus. The breakfast further enhanced the homely feeling. We felt the care and love given into the offering.

In our case Magda made sure even though we arrived at 4am that we were able to gain access to our room and have a well deserved rest from driving over 1000 miles. I am sure other places would expect you to sleep in the car! The girls even made sure there was some albeit late breakfast for us. Very good team

I'm sensitive to such smells, but the breakfast room had an odor like wet dog. However, the outside patio was lovely for breakfast and dinner.

Review 85：Nasty starved mosquitoes are looking at you at dusk. The corridor in the hostel echoes. Thus, when someone slams a door, everyone can hear it. Located 2.5 km from the city centre, there is a bus stop nearby but only a few buses stop there per day. So, be aware of it, if you don't drive.
