Review 1：The breakfast was jok but the male staff there did the least possible and resented not being tipped.
Review 2：The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and always clean. The shower was great! The staff in general were polite and helpful.
Review 3：The only bad parts of the room were the mattress and the over all lighting. The mattress was so hard I had to fold up a blanket to sleep on. If the mattress was more comfortable, I would rate this hotel five stars. Lighting in the room and especially the bathroom was very dim. I did not care for the free continental breakfast. Lastly, their is construction going on which was directly across from my room. This mostly did not bother me except for the one day I was able to sleep in and the construction noise woke me up.
Review 4：Excellent and very helpful staff. Bathroom was very large. Great shower. Two light bulbs were burned out the second day and were promptly replaced at my request. Service was fantastic. Can't beat the central location. Many good restaurants very close by.
Review 5：The room we were given firstly was completely lacking natural light. In both rooms windows could be opened just a little bit so if you want fresh air (instead of air conditioning) you have a problem.
Review 6：The staff was very helpful when we asked to change room. They gave us a much larger and brighter room which was perfect for us. Continental breakfast (included) is good but they charge you if want eggs and other hot dishes.
Review 7：Staff charged my credit card 3 times (each night and sale taxes separately) instead of charge the card one time for the whole total. location is great but on the weekends the plaza in front of the hotel can be noisy.
