Review 1：Good value. Clean, simple but comfortable rooms. Competent and helpful staff. Great location - minutes to tokyo on major express train lines but in a residential area, diverse choice of shops and restaurants.
Review 2：The air conditioner is a central controlling one, so we cannot adjust the temperature but just switch on or off. As it's spring now, if it's on it'd be a bit hot in night.
Review 3：Great location, just 5 mins walk from Urawa Station, with the Ueno-Tokyo Line, it gets to everywhere easily. The room is bit small but has everything needed.
