Review 1：they canceled my reservation even though I told them that my flight was coming in late 21:00-22:00. Luckily, they had a room. Probably my original room reservation. Great location next to the bus station.

Review 3：worst wifi ever. Staff won't lift a finger to help about this. Some staff need proper customer service training. Noisy all the time. Pool is really a splash kids pool.

Review 5：The pool is minuscule. People can used it late at night and was very noisy. The business centre is a workbench with 2 fancy chairs but it doesn't have any computer, printer or other facilities.

Review 14：We stayed here one night, our last in Veracruz because our bus was early in the morning. This hotel is right across the street from the bus terminal so that was perfect! It looks modern enough, the WiFi works great. There's free water for guests and it's very clean.

Review 16：Just what I wanted for a first week back in Mexico. I place with consistent Wifi located near the Bus terminal and with food available on site (including room service). Clean, comfortable, shower (with hot water), and well maintained for the most part.
Review 17：I ddn't like the room, the concept was really boring. I found parts of the sink with mould, not clean completely, the pillows were uncomfortable. Definitely I wouldn't stay at this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
