Review 14:The welcome from Mario was warm, friendly and very helpful. It was end of Dec and very cold, but Mario had the heater on in the room and the fire in the living area. He suggested and called ahead to a local restaurant which was lovely and good value.
Review 15:The room was a bit small for 2 people but wasn't a big deal..
Review 16:We were there for a conference and stayed for 2 nights. It is definitely the best hostel we've stayed, clean, comfortable. The owner was very helpful and he thought of everything you may need. Breakfast is self service, you can wake up anytime you want and prepare your own breakfast. It is right in the middle of town centre.
Review 17:Lovely, clean, spacious twin room. Excellent amenities including use of kitchen and courtyard (we cooked our own supper on our second night there). Staff (Mario & his wife) are knowledgeable (helped us plan a day trip to Fatima by bus; helped us book ahead our next accomodations) & generous (brought us over a plate of their supper to sample on our second night).
Review 18:Very Helpful Hostel manager who helped us sort out a problem with boots. Very comfortable hostel with nice atmosphere and lots of indoor and outdoor space. We were able to have a nice early filling breakfast with lots of variety of food so we could continue on our camino. Would definitely stay here again.
