Review 1：WiFi was very slow and only available in the lobby (not in the rooms)

Review 2：Pools were nice, the rooms with lake view too. The food and the bar were good. All in all, good value for money.

Review 3：Location - very hard to find and access with narrow road. Some time away from Toscolano (not walking distance), so definitely not for people who like to walk out of their hotel and spend some time outside.

Review 4：Fair meals package (3 meals a day) for reasonable prices. Pleasant staff and good for person who want to be away from the crowd and have relaxed time near the pool (good pool facilities).

Review 5：Very near busy road below. Evening meal very poor, and one choice of dessert which was just put in front of you! This is a German hotel mainly geared towards their German guests. Very isolated if you have no car. Almost impossible to walk into town as there is a very busy road with no pavements.

Review 9：There need to be more signs to indicate how far you are from the hotel on the road leading to the hotel. Because the narrow road seems to be endless. There is a good road leading up to the hotel but navigation sends most people to a very small road, through cecina, when you turn at the citysign for gargnano the road is easier. There could be more parking space. The sunbeds by the roofpool should be replaced. Swimming pools are not heated so the water is cold in the morning, ok for adults and bigger children but a bit hard with little children. Room decor is a bit dated.

Review 10：Big clean rooms. The swimming pools are beautiful, so is the view from the hotel. Staff is friendly. Food is not spectacular but it's ok. It's an ideal hotel for families with kids because there's also some animation. Or for a getaway since you don't have to leave the hotel for food.

Review 11：The food was not so good. Wifi only in the lobby with an unpractical system of passwords that expire + bad connection. 3 km before reaching the main road and the next village is even further.

Review 13：Location (difficult to find, narrow roads leading to the hotel, not in the city, main road to the city center without pavement), staff not very helpful, poor breakfast and food was not so good in general. When we arrived air condition, fridge and phone were not working. Air condition was fixed next day. But fridge still wasn't working properly for the rest of the stay.

The property consists of a main building and 2 annexes. The main building has a rooftop swimming pool, while the other pool is near the annexes.To reach the property: when coming from the South, drive through Toscolano Maderno. Do not go up towards Cecina at the first intersection, instead go towards Gargnano and turn left at the sign. Then follow indications for the hotel. When coming from the North, turn right after the Toscolano Maderno sign and follow indications for the hotel.
