Reviews for Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa

Review 1:the central air con was too warm and we felt lack of air in our room.

Review 2:we appreciate that the hotel staffs tried their best to deal with the air conditioning issues we had, it sorted out on the second night, but i do hope that the central air conditioning should be adjusted accurately base on local temperature.

Review 3:We are a gay couple and wanted a comfortable hotel in a good location, as we'd never been to Naha. The Hyatt Regency Naha was perfect! Very new, and high-quality from the room to the gym to the trained staff.

Review 4:As a disabled stroke person with a deficit to the left arm;90%useless and a slight gait to my left leg it was quite clear that the staff took an understanding and without being intrusive would appear almost out of no where, to open a door bring my zero(zero alcohol, zero calories, zero carbs beer, to and outside table out on the terrace. They never handed me a fistful of change after a purchase. Something I constantly see done in the USA. But rather did it in a manner that was respectful to my disability counting out the change an allowing me to put the bills away before continuing on with the coin change that may sometimes accompany a transaction. They had sufficient English speaking personnel ready an available to help with the language barrier which is always the case in visiting a foreign country. Some may consider spending less on a vacation to save money, but as a disabled stroke victim ; I would never consider this ;why because I would not want to be injured by the frugal actions that can arise by saving a few bucks Questns to ask yourself? 1. does your insurance cover you while traveling abroad? 2.the money you saved by budgeting for cheaper hotel, will it off set the cost of medical treatment. These simple but critical questions is how I determine where I will stay as a traveling disabled person I have used the same method/principals when I traveled to Osaka in 2013 although I stayed @ the Ritz Carlton and experienced the same type of hospitality. One added feature is the no tipping policy ;consider that into you budget equation and I believe you got more than your moneys worth @ this Hyatt in Naha/Okinawa.
