Reviews for Agriturismo San Lorenzo

Review 1:Everything about this B&B was phenomenal. Cannot fault it- best accomodation of our 3 week trip to Italy. If you have a car, book this place without hesitating.

Review 2:not the locations fault, and just a tip for future guests: as we arrived on monday, we struggled to get something to eat as both restaurants and supermercatos were closed. If you arrive on a monday, please get something to eat and bottles of water beforehand.

Review 3:the staff was very nice and helpfull. Our room was perfect, the location was wonderfull. As far as your eyes can see, the beautiful Tuscany hills are all around you. Location is perfect base to visit chianti/montepulciano regions and Siena. The suggestions for restaurants and the other information provided by the agriturismo was perfect. If you're here, please have a dinner in Ischieto restaurant, on a small hill. Beyond perfect!

Review 4:Nothing

Review 6:The facility is new. It is beautiful, with outstanding views of the countryside. The breakfast is outstanding. Gessica the host is charming and most accomodating. I cannot praise this place enough, and I plan to return.

Review 7:Our stay at San Lorenzo was the high lite of our stay in Italy. The location is close to Siena and all wine regions. Each room has a private patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine ovelooking the farm of olive trees. Breakfast on the outside patio gives you another view of the farm, pool and duck pond. Our hostess, Gessica, with her bright smile was always gracious and helpful. Her info book was helpful in planning your day tours and a list of restaurants with her rating. Everything about this property was first class.

Review 8:There is nothing to say here.

Review 9:The location is perfect to visit Pisa, Firenze and Siena. It is also close to the sulphur baths. Quite, tranquil, great breakfast but most of all very welcoming. Once you have your own transport, its the place to be in to relax or play the tourist. Gessica and her father know how to look after their patrons.

Review 10:Couldn't have asked for bettter, great locations, beautiful pool area, apartment well fitted out and really helpful information about restaruants and days out from the owners. Wonderful holiday would definitely reccommend.

Review 11:Very nice and cosy apartment. Gessica and Lacramioara were very friendly and helpful. Rich breakfast served on a beautiful terrace with a delightful view (tuscan landscape). Parking place. Tasty olive oil produced by themselves.

Review 12:Simply an amazing place on all fronts!

Review 22:None

Review 23:Everything! Second year on a row and we'll come back!

Review 24:Best in Italy

Review 25:The internet situation could be better. You have to log in every single time you would like to access the internet, it can be annoying.

Review 26:San Lorenzo is absolutely enchanting. Our apartment was clean, quiet and cozy, and our balcony terrace had an incredible view. Just walking outside and taking in the view was breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gessica, the owner, was also very friendly and helpful.

Review 27:Nothing at all with the property but GPS co-ordinates would help people find the property.

Review 28:Everything was perfect. The room was large, the queen bed was comfortable, sheets crisp and clean, the ensuite bathroom had a great shower, heated towel racks and lots of room to move around. It was immaculate. The wifi signal was excellent. The grounds are well manicured and there are cosy seating areas throughout. Free parking was safe and secure. The breakfast buffet offered changed daily -- always with freshly baked goods and fruits, juice, cereal, yogurt , home made jams and great coffee. This was the only time during our trip that we were offered eggs to order -- breakfast was included in the price. This property is absolutely beautiful and Jessica and Rosa were excellent hosts giving us restaurant and sigh-seeing tips.

Review 29:We liked everything about San Lorenzo. It is only a few km from a major highway that runs between Siena and exits to the great Tuscan wine hill towns as well as just over an hour to Assisi. Yet when you are there it seems like you are far from a highway and deep into the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The setting is wonderful. Gessica and Rosa were wonderful hosts and breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. We had a two bedroom apt with a patio that was very comfortable. It would have been nice to just spend a day there by the pool and rest between destinations. It is near to a small town with grocery store if you wanted to eat in at night and small restaurants if you did not dine in your "tourist" destinations. We are seasoned travelers and not easily impressed. San Lorenzo is special and on our return wish list.

Review 30:Small details not worth mentioning. This is simply a great place.

Amazing views, also from within the pool! Delicious breakfast! We definitely will come back for at least a week. Keep up the good work!

Review 34:The pool had some dirt, because of windy weather, that was on the other hand very pleasant.

Review 35:It was like beeing in the dream-land. Comfort was very high, surroundings peacefull and very charming.

Review 36:The best Agriturismo we have visited. Very nice and helpful staff and it was clean both inside and outside. It was also possible to lend mountainbikes:-)

Review 37:It's a beautiful domain with very friendly staff, a nice breakfast while enjoying a great panoramic view and with pleasant child-friendly swimming pool and comfortable chairs. We were there for the second time and the domain didn't loose any of its charm.

Review 38:This is by far one of the best places I've stayed in Tuscany. Beautiful property, quiet little town and most of all, great hospitality. Gessica, thank you and your helpful staff!! You've created a piece of paradise....
