Review 1：This is not a hotel, it´s a hostel. There is bar/restaurant in the bottom floor, and it was allowed to smoke so you could smell smoke in the upper floors were the rooms are located; The room and toilet was clean, but I found a bedbug climbing on the wall.

Review 5：Dining room felt quite tucked away at the back, interior was a little dated. Smoking allowed in the bar of the hotel so for non-smokers not very pleasant however this is true for most bars in Austria.
Review 6：Lovely friendly staff, hotel in a great location. Perfect place for the price, family room was very spacious with a separate room for children. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Review 7：Room promotional photo is not fit the reality. In fact , the rooms are equiped with old furniture. In some rooms smell of cigarette smoke. In hotel is situated local pub - too noisy guests.

Review 9：You are staying in rooms right above and next to a bar. If you end up in a room on the 1st floor you are screwed - cigarette smoke gets into the rooms, the rooms are old so you will hear people sneezing in the next room not to mention bar guests shouting till 3am. If you stay on the 2nd floor you are screwed too cause there is no wifi signal, this is a 1 star hostel, definitely not a hotel.

Review 11：This is a great hotel to stay in. We stayed for a week; 2 adults and 3 children 13,11 and 6) whilst skiing in hinterstoder. The room was so warm and clean and cosy. Half board was excellent value at 40 euro per day for the whole family! Food was great. There was a local swimming pool which opens everyday from 3 till 10pm. This was free and there was a free shuttle bus to hinterstoder every hour. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The owner even drove us to the train station at 6am.
Review 12：- staff not speaking English (and not responding to email/questions placed via Booking) - would be nice if wine cellar also offered some tasting (not just the same offering than in restaurant) - would be nice if New Years program also included some music/dancing (but the dinner was excellent)

Review 14：The Hotel had the feel of a Youth Hostel. To get to reception you go through a smoke filled bar which wafts through the entire building. Bags of dirty laundry were scattered along corridors, my room didn't even exist on the way-finding signs. WiFi was non-existent in my room, and the mattress was terrible. The whole place felt like it lacked a bit of care and attention. Pity, because the building has great potential.

Review 21：The wireless internet was available neither in the room, nor in the restaurant. On Booking.com the hotel informs us that free public parking is available near the hotel. When arrived at the hotel, the receptionist colleague told us that the parking was free next to the hotel between 5:00 PM and 10:00 AM (the building is in the middle of a short-term parking zone). We checked out the hotel at 9:30 AM and found a parking fine of 25 EUR on my car. The receptionist promised me that they would pay this fine and would let me know the results. Since then, there has been no response from their side, they haven't replied my e-mail asking about this issue. So I'm sure that they will never pay this fine instead of me.

Review 23：Because of the nearby club (it was Saturday night) it was hardly possible to sleep at night - screams and shouts of drunk youths until 5 a.m. made our stay not quite comfortable.

Review 25：- A 3 star hotel should have higher level of comfort regarding rooms. I had a "privat zimmer" or "pension" feeling.- if you have a room on 2nd level of the building a lot of stairs are waiting for you to climb
