Review 1：staff could not speak English but she was using translator device.

Review 2：location was great, almost in the center of city and next to bus station and as well as metro station, lots of shops and restaurant around , just 3 mints walking away.

Review 3：1. check in time was 15.00 (3pm) which was not appropriate as all airlines reach japan in the morning 2. staff know very less or no english so it creates trouble to non japanese 3. computer software were in japanese language which were of no use for us

Review 7：Every hostel and hotel I have stayed at in Japan has had the option of holding luggage for a few hours. This hotel said they were unable to, and one of our pieces of luggage was a guitar which made it impossible to store in a station locker. This ruined our day and meant we were unable to sightsee for a full day. Really disappointing.
