Review 1：Despite a large kitchen with all domestic appliances, there was only 1 saucepan (and a large one at that). There were no bowls (we had brought breakfast cereal for our young children). Also no wine glasses or a corkscrew - imagine our panic :-) Finally, we couldn't use the electric kettle as it tripped the electricity fuse immediately - even with nothing else on in the whole house. However, despite the shortcomings, we would definitely return but just make sure we brought some of our own cooking kit.
Review 2：A very spacious house with stylish furnishings. Located on a quinta just outside Santarem in a very quiet and peaceful bit of countryside although only 5 minutes from the main road. We only spent a night here but we enjoyed it as did our dog, an energetic Springer Spaniel, who appreciated the woodland and space around the accommodation. The open-plan ground floor had a large and open sitting room with two sofas and a log-burning stove and also a long dining table to seat 8. With large sliding doors onto the terrace it was a very pleasant and airy room. The kitchen area was also large and had a small table. It has a modern fitted kitchen with plenty of space for preparing food and lots of cupboard space. 10/10 for having a full cooker/hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
Review 3：The Quinta is in a very quite and lonesome park area. The funiture of the house is a mix of antique and modern stile - really beautiful.
