Review 1：The hotel staff is always willing and ready to assist the client. In addition, the hotel is located near the ocean, yet close enough to the center of Veracruz and near Boca Del Rio.
Review 2：way too noisy. You could hear each guest coming and going. All tile floors so lots of echo. Staff a little rude and not very helpfull.

Review 4：Sink in bathroom was too small and had no space for toiletries with only one handle for water, therefore no hot water. Wifi did not work at all in the room. No clock. Bedding and bed not comfortable, only workable

Review 16：Excellent location and great value for your money! If you're traveling to see the main attractions of the city of Veracruz, this is an excellent option! It's a small hotel that is 3 to 4 times more economical than most and it's surprisingly clean!!! That was our most cherished surprise :) Definitely will consider staying here again!

Review 19：Checking in delay of confirmation. Same day reservation. Floors in roomseemed not clean enough for you to walk barefoot to the bathroom and notfeel dirt. I called but it seems they dont do this daily task since itstile I expected a daily cleaning. Most mexicans leave their shoes on inthe house, I grew up barefoot in my house. Only condiments is 2 rosesoap bars. If you leave early and arrive late, they have limited parkingso you may have to park on the street if you arrive back later than 8pm.
Review 20：Family of three women, traveled, they had nice large room for three bedsfor $90.00 for 3 nights, awesome deal. Elevator a plus since we got onthe 4th floor. Secured parking, air conditioning with dehumidify, hugeplus. They have monthly rates for $450.00 so if you looking for 1 blockto the beach access and want a hot shower and nicer experience onbudget, I pick this place, and would come back with my family.
Review 21：Sleeping was impossible, every hour a horrible engine sound ran for acouple of minutes, we didn't find the reason. We had room no. 107,and this was really shitty.
