Review 1：Wish they had a pool - it would have made our stay perfect!

Review 25：The exterior of the hotel is in dire need of repair and update. The photos on Booking.com fail to show the degree that of disrepair. Before our trip, I had read that the hotel has some issues with reservations made thru Booking.com, but we went in with an open mind. The front desk personnel face changed immediately when we stated we had made the reservation this way. The room were were initially given was not as described/pictured when we first booked. It became clear that the desk clerk deliberately sent us to the worst room in the house to get us to purchase an upgrade, which we finally relented to.

Review 26：First class hotel staff. The concierge, bellman, and maid staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Particular kudos to the waitstaff on the 22nd floor restaurant: Irene, Veronica & Miguel.

Review 71：The rooms, even on the executive floors are completely worn out and filthy. Even beyond renovation, this hotel is ready to be demolished and rebuilt. Staff is not helpful, nor knowledgeable, facilities, such as the club lounge for the club rooms are depressive and serve no purpose, other than milking money for non-existing value. The rooms not being cleaned properly, carpets filthy and a complete mismatch between price and value delivered. A no go for the business traveler.
