Review 1：My bedroom was really small, the furnitures minimal. The whole impression was claustrophobic (and rather cheap). I didn't realize this from the advertisement picutres on the Website and I don't find it commensurated to the Price.

Review 15：I had booked a twin room as travelling with a friend. On arrival we were shown to a double room. When we queried this the young lady became very flustered and assured us that she had no twin rooms available . With hind sight we should have made more of a fuss and demanded two doubles - as it was we stoically took half the double each and got on with life.

Review 22：Really liked the modern and colourful design of the rooms (which were also very tidy and comfortable). The hotel was easily accessible by a trolleybus (bus stop directly opposite the hotel). WiFi was everywhere, breakfast was a nice buffet and the staff were all incredibly helpful.
Review 23：The rooms could be cleaner and supplied with a door to divide the shower from the room itself (especially that the shower and toilet were right in front of the entrance!). Due to the irregular shape of the room, it was impossible to fit our bags between the bed and the wall to the other end of the room (where there was space for keeping them).
Review 24：We stayed in Salzburg on our way from Poland to France and needed a fairly cheap accommodation with a private parking site that was close enough to the city to go there on foot and visit the main attractions in just one evening and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. The personnel was very friendly and the rooms had all facilities we needed for this one night.

Review 30：I spent 6 nights at your hotel and I must let you know my feelingstoward it. I arrived on the 25th in the afternoon and was welcomed by anice young lady. The issues began when I arrived at the room andrealised that there was only one ben when I had asked two beds as afriend of mine was accompanying. The only available room had atremendous heavy smell of cigarrette which determined that I stayed inthe room awarded to me and my friend. Although the room had beenrecently refurbished it was unbelievable how little room there was tohang or range the clothes. The shower space was too tight but that wouldhave been ok if it had a proper shower hose and a normal regular showerhead. It was placed too high and directed to corner whch made the showerquite a difficult experience. Another issue and quite serious one wasthat one evening when we arrived at the hotel the door room was wideopen! Can one possibly imagine such careless and dangerous situation.When a guest leaves the room in the morning, one expects that one'sbelongings are safe. Room cleaning was careless and negligent, neverproperly cleaned!!!! When I went downstairs to present a complaint theydid not even apologize for such situation. Briefly, horrible service,horrible hotel, I shall cry out that this is a hotel to be avoided!Change your attitude towards customer service otherwise your reputationwill sink!!

Review 48：The location is fine. The hotel is more like a room in a hostel. The staff though were very friendly and helpful. They all speak English well which is a huge plus when you don't speak the language. Also very happy to help with directions and print them out.

Review 51：The room's design is unique. Bed is very comfort and convenient for me as it equipped with socket for charging my gadgets and you can put stuffs around bed. The room has private toilet and shower room separately. It took around 20 minutes by bus number1 from main train station to this hotel where situated in front of the bus station. In addition, it would be very convenient for customers who bring their own cars because parking lots are provided. Staffs are very nice and helpful, they are willing to help and guide.

If we return will def stay again. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Good value for money. £11 taxi from airport or train station.
Review 60：Breakfast was poor. I didn't expect much, but at least eggs and sausages are standard?! There was one glass window that couldn't be opened and another wooden window. There are water in courtyard as decoration right beneath window and window doesn't have net, so mosquitos and bugs are issue. Room was relativly small, but with too much shelves which took up already limited space.

Also was meant to be a no smoking hotel but the people upstairs were smoking as we're throwing the cigarettes down past our window and the smell was throughout our room and the corridor. I suffer from asthma and couldn't sleep very well due to this. This was the reason I picked this hotel as it's one of the few that is no smoking.

The toilet also has a glass swing door which doesn't lock. - Although the room was made up each day, the bedding was not straitened out properly, and the duvet was just folded in half and thrown back on the mattress. - No control over the heating. It was absolutely boiling in the room, but as there was a massive storm outside with torrential rain, I couldn't open the window as the room would have got drenched.
Review 92：- Not a bad location. Only about 15-20 minute walk right down the street until you get to Old Town. Only about 5 minute walk from the Stiegl Brewery. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel - Friendly staff on reception each time I passed, and although we arrived a few hours before check in time, we were allowed to park our vehicle up
