Review 1：The towels and bathroom amenities were not enough. It was a room for 4 and there was only two towels. It took ages to bring the towels. There was no menu in the room. When we asked for one it took half an hour to bring it. The shower had a huge leak that would inundate the bathroom. The A/C was not strong enough. The restaurant prices are expensive, the food was good though. The personnel was rather indifferent. I was charged two days before arrival without notice the fate of one day and then on arrival I was charged the whole stay and then leave another voucher open for possible expenses. The elevator was broken for four days, the was only one working elevator for twelve floors. You had to renew every day internet access. The TV was small not larger than 40 in. The room was cramped. If I had to work in the small desk no one could go through behind me even the chair was thin.
Review 2：The Pool for my children, it is large enough to avoid crowds. The location was good shops market restaurants and with beach just outside the hotel.

Review 5：Everything was excellent ! Our room view was beautiful the only thing I didn't like it was that when we called to ask for something like towels or stuffs like that . It took long time for them to bring them, but other than that everything was great .

The hotel personnel tol that the rate was the one thatwas established by the booking company or your company. If the precedingit is true, than I belive that your company is not providing thecorrectinformation and is better to use another company.
