Review 1：We really enjoyed our stay but it isn't for everyone. The property is a little run down and doesn't have any modern facilities.
Review 2：Owner is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are huge and have all the basic facilities. Comfortable and a good distance from town.
Review 3：Taps drip. Peak hour traffic starts at 6am room faced onto highway might be better taking rooms at back. No view but less noise possible. Worn furniture

Review 5：First the apartment we booked was different to the one we got, we were meant to get one with 2 double beds and a bunk, we got 3 singles 1 double and a pull out couch, got there late so couldn't look for something else and next day had a full day so still didn't have time. When I asked why the rooms were different she said booking.com should update there site that they were told. If it was just me and my husband we would have left but we had kids. Next the photo's are nothing like the real apartments it all old and smells. Rewashed dishes because cups and cutlery were dirty cupboards needed wiping out and you open oven door it hit the ground. Really noisy because of main road. Won't use or recommend this place or even booking.com because they recommend this place, so have no faith in there recommendations now.
Review 6：Staff weren't around to ask questions about where to possibly eat/buy food, apartment was on a busy highway not close into town or any shops or restaurants. Apartment was clean but no good basics in kitchen, advertised that Austar was available but there was no way of finding out how to activate it and again staff weren't around to ask!

Review 22：After I book on line for a 2 bedroom apartment the hotel wanted me to change to a 1 bedroom. This also happen when I arrived. This really annoyed me. The shower was the worst I have ever experienced, hardly any water come from it. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Review 26：Old poorly maintained building directly on a busy ascending highway.Thetraffic noise day and night is terribly. Squeaky floor, ants in thekitchen, one night no water supply, brown water coming out of theshower, leaking water taps. Jamming balcony door. No dishwasher orwashing machine. Requested a tax invoice on departure, was told I get itby email, but none received yet.They have a "Seniors card welcome" sign at the entrance door, my seniors card was scanned. But nodiscount received .Full rent plus 2 % credit card fees were chargedalready at time of booking to my debit card,which has no bank charges atall. I had many reservations made with booking.com before and had nevermade a complaint about other places, this is the first one. Unless youare deaf or you are not worried about loud traffic noise, I cannotrecommend this place .No good value for the price they charged. Wonderhow they managed to get three stars.Sorry I have to say this.

Review 28：Bathroom old and tired.needs rails on walls to facilitate egress &exit from bath.very slippery bath.older people can and will slip todisastrous effect .bathroom floor is rotten under vinyl sheet cvering .it will give way very soon under someones weight[ex builder prof.Opinion]. Unit lacks through ventilation.cant open front windows due tohorrific traffic noise.a fan in the side wall [ inward drawing] would beeffective . if air con is out side budgetery restrictions.water qualityterrible -old pipes probable cause.
Review 29：Good parking .great attention from delightful young asian staff .verycomfortable .no offensive odours . very easy to self cater and only 7 orso km from main centres . we were happy in our stay most impressed byrates plus the fact that the prop. Offered us a seniors 10 % discount
Review 30：The chairs were old and rickety, one of the lounges was unsuitable, no base, the toilet was too close to the wall. It needs an update in the kitchen.

Review 32：The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and verey well located, 10 mins to the city by bus. Bus stop in front the hotel. The only staff member was quite friendly, kind, helpful and attentive.

There were no fans or airconditioning, and itwas a hot day - we were forced to choose between opening the windows andnot being able to hold a conversation, or suffering the heat withoutair. Maintenance was barely adequate (eg bathroom basin, cold tap didn'twork) We were also concerned about how to exit the building if a fireoccurred in the internal staircase area. Having said that, the firealarms worked, and were very loud, so you would be well warned if therewas a fire.
