Review 4：The staff spoke English. The room was, clean and quiet. We arrived before check-in, the staff worked hard to get us into our room quickly. The late check out fit our travel plans.
Review 5：WiFi in-room was just OK. Beds were very firm. In room amenities were just OK but for the price of the room given that this is a budget type of hotel, I was OK with it.

Review 7：the doors are self slamming and there is no concern for sleeping people in the early hours as people check out. There was very early morning construction on one room and everyone was yelling up and down the stairs. floors and walls very thin so can hear everything (toilets flushing and talking)...not a place if you want to sleep past 6 am...

Review 9：The hotel staff were most helpful and welcoming. The location was a short walk from the beach and they provided beach chairs that we could borrow. The room itself was very clean and air conditioned.
Review 10：Isla is so compact that any location is central. That said, this smallish hotel is lovely. Spic and span, great, truly great staff form top to bottom. We loved Isla and intend to return and stay here again.

Review 12：Much better stay then the pictures will reveal. New facilities, modern bathrooms, 5 minute walk from Playa Norte and close to restaurants and shops, but not set on a busy street, so quiet and comfortable. Some rooms have a partial view to the ocean too. Late check out at 1pm was great!
Review 13：The hotel is located in the center, 5 minutes walking from the famous North beach. It is a lovely clean hotel with free coffee every morning. You can rent a beach towel for 30 pesos too.

Review 23：the location of this hotel is amazing, it's only two blocks back from the Main Street, it's only a 5 min walk from where the ferry comes in. The room is very spacious and air con works beautifully! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom facilities are really nice! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The girls on the desk and the older gentleman who work there are always smiling and willing to help and go the extra mile to make you're stay that much better. The have beach chairs for free use and the wifi is pretty good through out the hotel! The price is reasonably cheap for what you get!

Review 25：Excellent hotel in downtown Isla Mujeres. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was also a mini fridge and a safe in the room. The WiFi connection was good. Free coffee and drinking water in the lobby area, as well as a microwave. Location is great! Quiet area, but still close to everything. It is just a 10 minute walk to Playa Norte and the ferry docks. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, laundries, bike and golf cart rental, basically everything you need, in the area.

Review 28：My only complaint was that the hotel uses a dollar-paso exchange rate which does match the booking confirmation price. Of course, the rate the hotel insists on using is in the hotel's favor. They did not budge, even when I showed them on line the lower rate.

Big room (I had a corner room) with 2 balconies. Good wifi. Try the pita place next door - it is nothing but amazing!
