Review 1：Is located up a slight Hill so may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Review 7：Altough you should not expect a lot from a meal for 18euro's(3 course) I still found the quality a bit dissapointing. The pasta was nice, but the rest was not great as well as the winelist which had only a few local mediocre wines.The fact that the restaurant closes at 20:30 was also something I did not understand as the restaurants in Italy usually do not open before 20:00.

Review 8：The hotel is ideal for a short stay! There is a private car park and it's very close to city center. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Review 9：The lady who serves the coffee at bar early in the morning is rude and uncorteous.Her way to intimate how to speak and her comments about immigrants are not welcome.It's writen down on the billboard that cheese is for sale,i asked to buy but it was ended...Upsetting.

Review 14：Hotel Elite is a relatively small hotel located in a great part of town. It is a short walk down the hill to all of the restaurants, thermal baths, and shops. My room was nicely decorated, modern, and had a nice view from the window. It looked like thy had just recently painted the interior of the hotel because the walls looked very fresh and clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. There is parking on the street just outside of the hotel. A great place to stay at a good price. Thanks!

Review 15：Room 407 unbearably hot ...a/c very poor.. eventually slept with patio doors wide open. We have a large van and too high for their on site garage but parked in their alternative 30metres away....security worry?

Review 18：Check in at 0800 AM instead of 1400. Thanks a lot for this.We are travelling with a child of 4 years age. We started in switzerland at 0400 AM because we feared the good friday traffic congestion. There was no congestion for us. Thus we loved to check in at 0800.

Review 25：Construction on street leading to the hotel made it very difficult to access and to park. Gated parking lot for hotel guests was controlled by a single transmitter that had to be returned immediately, in order to be available to the next guess!

Review 29：Nothing apart from the problem with the knob on the bathroom door - I got locked in one day and had to be rescued by manager. My daughter in room 402 also found the bathroom door difficult to open once closed . That is all everything else ok they loved having a balcony a cot was provided for their son. we would stay there again.

The location is central is within short walk to the famous Thermae (Terme) Spa, shopping, restaurants. The breakfast goes to 10:30 or 11AM which is really good for late risers. The food was plentiful for a very good breakfast. Excellent value for the service, location and amenities.

Review 57：We booked the family room with a double bed and 2 singles. It was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had dinner at the hotel one night as it was delicious and plentyful.The hotel is situated within walking distance of the town and the major sights.

Review 61：It's very well-located when you are travelling around Italy by car. Gives you a wonderful surprise when you arrived to the town where is located. The room is big and very clean. The staff is really friendly and the buffet breakfast is just as a young couple needs to keep driving around. There is the main thermal spa just 5 minutes walking!

Review 62：The bathroom was a bit too small and too outdated for this price level. The rooms are very basic. Maybe it was an exception but we had a room with psychedelic green painted walls.

Review 63：Elite is situated in a nice area. It's clean, although in the room I found some details that showed not 100% attention. Breakfast is perfect and well presented (an exception in Italy in this price class). Car can be parked in-house behind closed doors, which is a good service.

Review 64：Amazing hotel - we liked everything from reception to restaurant, children (8 and 10 years) even wanted to stay more days in this hotel:) We had very big room with terrace, very comfortable beds and we tasted traditional food and wine of this Italian region in the hotel restaurant (snacks and drinks before they brought to our room - it was very lovely!).
