Review 1：We were in room 20 towards the end of the building and around 6AM it would start to get noisey but we also keep all windows open because we love the ocean sound during the night.
Review 2：The hotel is average but very clean, great location with excellent restaurant right by the pool! Also the pool was wonderful too!
Review 3：We were put in a room #16 and at 4:00 in the afternoon the owner of unit #15 complained that 4 adults on the balcony woke him from his nap. He made it clear that he thought he was better than us because he was an owner. This was the first negative experience we have ever had after over 10 years of staying here. I make sure we never rent #15 due to the owner.
Review 4：The staff were very helpful and understanding when we requested to be move away from the owner of unit #15. We will boycott unit #15 and suggest other do the same.

Review 7：The furniture was very utilitarian and the refrigerator made a terribly loud noise but worked.
Review 8：The location was excellent. Right on the beach and close to all the main shopping, restaurants, and tours. Yet, far enough away so it was quiet.
Review 9：The boats that now come from Cancun and line up on the beach. The "ocean view" really wasn't an ocean view, we were originally in room 29 and there was a big white building in front of us. They moved us to room 28 which was a little better.
Review 10：The service and staff were wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The food was very good at the restaurant as well. I cannot wait to go back! :)

Review 12：The beauty of the beach, the convenience of the condos. The ability to buy food at the local market and make breakfast and lunch in our condo so we could spend without guilt on delicious dinners in the evenings with our friends (try Olivia's). Everyone on sight was helpful. The condos are a great size. We traveled with another family, so it was especially nice to have friends nearby (two adults one child in one condo, three adults one child in the other).

Review 14：The side entrance door to the complex should have been open permanently to shorten our walk in and out of the complex. If visiting again, we'll probably request a ground floor to make the pool and beach ares more accessible. The walk to the supermarket was also a bit long, but perfectly manageable. The beds was also a bit old and hard for my taste. Maybe a bit to quiet at nighttime in the hotel restaurant? But I guess we were early in the season. WiFI was not particularly good, but workable.
Review 15：The resort sits beside a nice beach with calm and shallow water for toddlers to play in. The area feels very safe and was mostly quiet. I forgot my wallet and phone in one of the small local corner shop one day. No problem there. The owner had kept them safe until I got back 30 minutes later. The free water at the hotel was a great bonus and the maid cleaned the dishes even though the brochure said that wasn't included. Great tacos and other foods in the hotel restaurant. We had dinner and lunch there several times. Not a luxury complex, but good value for the money.

Review 17：The hotel located on the amazing beach exist in Isla. Big and clean room. The staff told us that internet available only in the pool area but we had also in the room mostly at the balcony near the pool. Great pool in a green area. Free games and DVD The staff were very nice and helpful
