Review 1：the stuff is not nice. They didn't offer any help. They don't clean the rooms for four nights. Wash room is dirty too.

Review 4：View, pool, open jaccuzi, friendly staff, you feel real relax. Breakfast was good with perfect ocean view. You need longer stay to enjoy the environment.

Review 5：The staff had no idea about the area. Asked for a extra pillow in the room and they wanted to charge us 50 peso. This is after they moved us after the first night and gave a us a queen size mattress on a king size bed frame. You would almost fall through the bed slates during the night to go to the bathroom! 30 mins to cook scrambled eggs and ham every morning. They didn't clean our room on the first day saying that they were to scared to go into our room whilst we were out! it is a resort apparently!! No water placed in the room everyday .No Beach only reef. The driver dropped us at the beach gave us he cell number to text him for pick up, we did they response he had gone home and not informed the other drive we were there finally the new driver came after we spent 1 hour standing and waiting at the police station at 7pm at night. 23 years of traveling this is the worst place i have ever stayed at!!

Review 7：Not value for money. Bad experience. 1) When we called to book two days before arrival, your staff did not inform the 8am ferry was cancelled from Bohol so caused us to be strained for 6 hours at the pier. 2) We walked through construction debris and had to tolerate construction noise as property nearby was under construction. 3) Room had no view. Only two rooms in resort overlooks the sea. 4) Food was horrible. Our pork chop came hard and chicken came uncooked with blood and red meat. Sent back to kitchen twice and they didn't make improvements. 5) Staff insensitive to guests needs. 6) There were dogs in the eating area.

Review 17：The service from Grace and Flor was first class. The pool is excellent, though Grace had to step in for other staff to clean it when needed.
