Reviews for Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa
Review 1:Need to visit 14/F everytime when we in and out the hotel, and the entrance floor on 2/F and 1/F make me some confused. But all these are acceptance and my overall comment of this hotel is still very good!
Review 2:Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and the environment is comfort with great city view! Bus and monorail station are close to hotel too!
Review 3:I thought I had reserved breakfast for us, but upon arrival was informed I had not. We paid ¥5000 for breakfast for two people for one morning, which the breakfast buffet was nice, but not worth the price. We stayed for 4 nights, it looks like the manager should have given us a complimentary breakfast for one of the mornings of our stay. The bath products seemed cheap ( shampoo and body soap.) I recommend guest to bring trial sizes of their favorite brands from home. View from the room was not special. Don't waste your money on the higher floors.
Review 4:The bed was extremely comfortable. Possibly the the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile. The bath/ shower area was gorgeous. The let us park at the hotel as we still had the afternoon to spend in Okinawa. They packed our luggage nicely in the car for us while we were out.
Review 5:Nothing

Review 13:Very polite and efficient staff
Review 14:The view was great, location is quite convenient (8min walk from Main Street) Room is large comparing to other hotels in Japan. Overall good value for money
Review 15:From the free valet service to the breakfast spread, everything was done with excellence! Our room was larger than I expected, by American standards it was quite spacious. The bathroom had a large garden tub. I would definitely stay here again!
Review 16:Very hard to find the entrance, especially when you drive because there are so many cars on that entrance street. You have to take two elevators to go back to your room.
Review 17:Very clean and professional staffs.
Review 18:Staff promise me to stay at a room with two double bed when I'm checking in. But finally, they sent us to a room with two single bed and refuse to exchange for us.

Review 87:My wife and I recently retired and spent 7 nights in Okinawa, Japan. Wefound the hotel staff to be very friendly, courteous and helpful withour travel questions in navigating around the city. The hotel is in agreat location, near a monorail station, city bus terminal, and walkingdistance to Kokusai Dori. Taxis were also available. Our hotel room wasvery clean, comfortable and spacious. We also liked their hotel securitysystem of accessing the elevator and our hotel room with our room key.We used Booking.com for the very first time for this trip. However, wedid reconfirm our reservation with the hotel just to be sure and wereinformed that they did receive our reservation from Booking.com. We planto use Booking.com again for our future travel.
