Review 12：It was not a breakfast - other hotels in Mexico, with such a "breakfast", call it "coffee and pastries", at the very most: "continental", or do not even mention that it is included. Considerably higher rates with breakfast, suggest that it is full breakfast, which is not fair. If I choose currency of the hotel on website, I have USD. In fact, I cannot pay in USD, but in pesos, with unfavourable exchange rate - again, not fair. What is more, having the same rate in USD per night, me and my colleague paid different amount in pesos - strange...

Review 13：Good standard, comfortable rooms, location.

Review 14：I had to wait a very long time for someone to bring a drink at the bar and even to just approach and ask for my order. As well, my reservation was not clear for them and my room was not ready at 3 pm.

Review 15：Pool was good. Si was the room, although the matress was a bit hard. The staff was very polite, specially the guys parking the cars.

The "free glass of wine" with the ItalianBuffet at the restaurant was so small as to be a joke -- I'm notsure if it was even an ounce. We had a hard time trying to come up withreasons why this is supposedly a 5-star hotel.

Review 17：The room was bright and clean, and the internet connection was nice. Ifyou like shopping, it was right across the street from Plaza of theAmericas in downtown Boca del Rio. We have spent a lot of time inVeracruz and Boca del Rio, and we like the area a lot.
