Review 6:Friendly owner & bar staff Homely bar with books Roomy, quiet bedroom
Review 7:Paper thin walls so could hear every sound from adjacent bedrooms
Review 8:Close to ferry terminal for Terschelling, my destination. Good breakfast and evening meals.
Review 9:Steep narrow stairs unsuitable for the infirm (or if you've had too much to drink).
Review 10:Situated at the end of Harlingen's main shopping street. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. On-street parking right outside the hotel costs EUR 2 per day (free between 18:00 and 09:00). Variable WiFi in the room (c. 1 to 3 Mbps). Furniture and decor old but clean and serviceable.
Review 11:The first room we were given was not fit for purpose and on complaining we were given a much better room. However even this room was barely up to standard. The bedding and towells were of poor quality the carpet was badly stained , some furniture was broken and the rest was old and grubby. Weare glad that we had only booked in for one night !
Review 12:The restaurant (which is in fact a separate business) .The location and the view from the room we were eventually given.
Review 13:Hotel located at the end of Harlingen's main street. Car parking available right outside. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Plentiful breakfast: boiled eggs, hams, interesting cheeses. Nice bar. Reliable WiFi (c. 3.5 Mbps) throughout the hotel. A fine example of a traditional Dutch hotel - including steep, narrow staircases which may not suit those with reduced mobility. Would definitely stay there again.
Review 14:Very kind staff. Good WiFi connection. Nice restaurant with good food.
Review 15:Vergane glorie
Review 16:Het water en het restaurant.
Review 17:Steep narrow twisting stairs but it is fairly old
Review 18:Dinner and breakfast good, friendly helpful staff, secure bike parking.
