Review 1：Only the bed was a little bit small for two people.
Review 2：Staff were very nice and friendly. The location was convenient to 國際通， about 15 mins walking. Hotel provided free parking lot which was very convenient for those who had rented a car, and the staff of the parking lot were also friendly.

Review 7：The staff in charge of the parking lot was a bit messy/unorganised. Whenever the parking lot was overcrowded, they instructed you where to park, but their decisions often took a long time - they turned everything into an overly complicated mess. Also, they seemed very careless with handling the cars - they didn't seem to realise that scratching a rental car would cause the guest great trouble / financial loss.

Review 11：As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is a on the edge of the host bar/hostess bar district, so there are lots of "colorful" characters on the streets late at night. They seem to leave people alone unless they look interested in going in though.
Review 12：Close to airport and shopping, friendly staff, very clean room. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had extra linens and towels. Double bed was decent sized. Excellent value for the money.

Review 15：The room was extremely small. It didn't have any dresser drawers to put your clothes in. You could only hang up about 5 or six items of clothing. No heat in the clothes dryer. Hotel is in the red light district.
Review 16：Very clean hotel. Maids did an excellent job of cleaning the room. Front desk personnel were super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for hours after we checked out since our flight was in the evening and checkout was at 11 am.

Review 19：The hotel was great value for the money. My friends and I weren't able to get one room for the three of us, but three single rooms were available which probably worked out better. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel is pretty convenient to the city, about 15 minutes walk to Kokusai street. Breakfast was great, lots of food on the buffet!

Organization of the breakfast in the morning was terribly messy: no cups, missing food, the cooks seemed very stressful etc... not like in Japan at all. So I went and told to the reception who immediately called the general manager... who within 10 min came out with a tray and personally offered me the breakfast and deepest apologies!
Review 47：We stayed on 8th floor and there was a constant bad smell of smoke (smokers) . And I don't smoke. Rather annoying.
