Review 1：The property is old and therefore the wooden floors are not soundproofed. Muffled footsteps from upper floor should only affect less than sound sleeper. Car parking metered tho' free from 8pm to 8.30am.
Review 2：Sympathetically renovated building. Delightful surprise of a terrace leading off our first- floor bedroom. Dinner (not booked in advanced) delicious and reasonably priced.

Review 17：Very good located, parking no problem, only a few steps from the cityscentre. Very nice and tastful interior. Paolo, the owner, is veryfriendly and his wife makes decicous dishes. A diner is veryrecommended, fatastic ! Although a bit up market. Very good breakfast.

Review 19：The location is very good, on a main street, just after the entry of the town. Parking in front of the hotel without costs. Our room and the bathroom were very clean and well equipped. We had a big terrace with view on the garden. Warm reception. A big surprise is an evening walk in the old small town. The streets are full of small Palazzos, all in Venetian style, and most of them are real splendours under the city lights!...and in the early morning. And in the night a fantastic rest without any noise.

Review 21：This B&B was really nice. I would say it's better than many smaller hotels. The room were big and comfortable. It had everthing we wanted, AC, wifi and nice beds. The service was impeckable. I would love to stay there again.
Review 22：In the centre of historical Portogruaro. Beautiful room with hudge terasse overlooking calm garden (in which breakfast was served). It was no problem bringing a small dog. Beautifull small hotel run with taste, profesionalism and discrete attention. Highly recommended!
